Welcome to the system blog for Hierees, a medically recognised DID system of ~90 members.

Call us Hierees (system name) / Cael (collective name) / HiereiKissios (online name). Collectively, we use they/them pronouns (singular and plural). Collectively non-binary / trans.

We are bodily adult (28). We have age-regressors as well as littles within our system. This blog isn't focused on NSFW, but is not 100% SFW. Anything 18+ is tagged #nsfw;.

We are medically recognised as having DID, diagnosed with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and fibromyalgia.

We tend to block those whose DNI we fit the criteria for. You can find our BYF/DNI here or in our blog's sidebar.

blocking tip: you don't have to wait to have a negative interaction with someone to block them. you can block them without ever interacting with them. I can't tell you how many times I've seen someone being rude to someone else and preemptively blocked them

i had the opportunity to read for someone today. it felt right and natural to do. i suppose i wish i had more opportunities to do so, but perhaps it is best i let them come to me and not get burnt out on it.

i will say; i favour the shadowscapes quite a lot. it speaks to me. i should look at other decks, i believe.

today, if anyone wants a simple reading, i will offer them.

sometimes others in the system will be like, "why make a post, it's not important" forgetting that this is our personal blog for personal things

forgetting we spent years of our life believing that we shouldn't have a voice, shouldn't have an opinion - not just because we were a child, but because we were an unworthy, sinning heathen

we're allowed to post about whatever bullshit we want. that's our right as people

and we need to remind ourselves that we are actual people with personhood. and that archival of even our emotions, feelings, and actions remains important to us and those who come after us.

Plurality Over Time - Ask Game

Hi! I made another ask game since folks liked the last one. This one is oriented towards folks who've been plural for a while and would like to talk about how their plural experience has changed over time. However, there are no rules around how old or experienced you and your system have to be. If these questions resonate with you, then you can participate!

As before, all systems are welcome to participate as long as you respect the spirit of the post and don't drag discourse onto it. Feel free to copy and paste this wherever with or without credit, a bunch of these questions were lifted from other places anyway. I tried to pick or at least phrase questions to be as inclusive as possible, but I've almost certainly missed things - plurality is diverse and my system only experiences a small corner of it. I encourage people to make their own ask games!

It's honestly the first time I've ever felt like this. Like I don't want to be Host anymore.

Since I formed, I've wanted to Host. It's a position few want to be in in this system, since it comes with some heavy responsibilities - most of all making final decisions on choices we have to make. I felt Prideful. I felt Powerful. I felt as a God.

Now? After having spent time waiting for my co-Host to get better in the Forest... I don't know if I want to Host, anymore. I don't know if I want to front anymore.

Maybe I'm not Katya. Maybe I've been afflicted by the Forest. Maybe I'm just laden with guilt because of my mistakes that continue to haunt me and my family.

But I don't want to be in front or Host, anymore, and it is... strange to say. But it's not the first time a Host has felt this way, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

just had the thought of. wow my somatic symptoms sure hold a lot of resemblance to how my body held itself during my trauma days. surely that has nothing to do with it

head dropping. (bowed head)

"freeze attacks" where we literally cannot move any part of our body despite desperately trying. (freeze responses held for hours)

leg/arm/hand twitches/spasms, usually pulling inward. (fetal position held in some freeze responses, forced kneeling)

muscle weakness, especially in arms and legs (freeze response)

like. hm. maybe this could be related. maybe.

man we really did rely on appearing dead/asleep/Perfectly Still and Dollike to avoid abuse huh
