He is not the one who usually goes on the metaphorical field -- Jotaro would rather have him stay hidden as to keep him safe. Someone to take the lead just in case, Jotaro had once said, not like anything bad would happen -- hopefully. Jotaro makes sure to give Kakyoin updates at least every night, tell him about the stand users Josuke and his friends encounter and their progress in finding the mysterious Bow and Arrow.

A particular Stand User has caught Kakyoin’s interest. As far as he can remember, he works as a mangaka, somewhere in a rather big house. Kishibe Rohan, if he recalls correctly. What was really interesting about the man was his stand, though. Jotaro didn’t mention the actual name, but he did tell his friend a bit about how it can literally open people up, like books. For this reason, the redhead was standing in front of Rohan’s house, ready to gently knock.
