One thing I like about Pixar films is how the happy ending isn’t always what you think it’ll be. The toys don’t go with Andy to college, Gusteau’s restaurant gets closed down, Mike and Sully get kicked out of university, Carl never gets Ellie to Paradise Falls. But they find out that what they wanted isn’t necessarily what they needed, and I really like the fact that kids get to learn that life doesn’t always turn out the way they dreamed and that’s okay.

I've been wondering why some people hate Cursed Child so much. I think it's because they're over-thinking it. Yes, I know some parts are ridiculous. (Trolley witch WTF?!) Cedric turning to a death eater is a particularly sore point. But can't you just be pleased that we've got our beautiful world back?? Personally, I love Cursed Child. Being reunited with Harry was like being reunited with a lost loved one. I can't explain how good it is to see him on stage (and Jamie Parker is literally the best Harry ever). Going back to Hogwarts, how great is that?! Ron and Hermione ❤ 'We should do a vow renewal' 😍😍 Dumbledore!! Harry crying and telling Dumbledore he loved him. Snape. We get to see him being a hero AGAIN! And the new characters, particularly Scorpius. I mean come on, how could you not like a story with Scorpius in it?? He's one of the best written characters ever. Love him. My point is, focus on the good stuff rather than trying to find bad stuff. We expected so much good that something was bound to let us down but that's why we should focus on the great. Be a bit more light-hearted about it. It's fun to have gone home 😊

Thoughts on Delphi

Okay, so, I don’t know if anyone has pointed this out yet… but I’m going to throw it into the ring anyway.

Everyone is freaking about how Voldemort and Bellatrix had a baby.. the main thing is: no one can picture Voldemort as a sexual being. You know what? I am RIGHT there with you on that. So… what if they didn’t have sex to create the baby (aka Delphi)?

In Vitro Fertilization is a muggle operation to help with infertility. A quick google will give you more info but essentially a sperm from the father and an egg from the mother are extracted and combined before being placed in the uterus of the mother. Boom. Baby. No sex.

We all know wizards usually have their own version of muggle technology/science so why not this?? I’m sure that there is an equivalent version of IVF in the Wizarding World and I don’t doubt that Voldemort and Bellatrix used it to conceive a child (aka Delphi).

This is absolutely canon in my head.

I've been wondering what qualities Albus had that got him sorted into slytherin. Definitely a thirst to prove himself, but what else? Then it hit me. Harry told Albus he could choose house if he wanted to. He met Scorpius and got on with him on the train, then Scorpius was sorted into Slytherin. Albus wanted to be with his friend so may well have asked for slytherin! Especially after encouraging words from Harry on the platform. What a hero. Albus put friendship first!
