K-chan news 2017.10.10 feat Tegoshi
The show went by oddly civil. Which, with Tegoshi, includes his removing his pants prior to the broadcast. But overall he behaved.
My favorite part was when Koyama asked Tegoshi if he was going to go see Shige’s play, Green Mile. Tegoshi said he wanted to go see “Shige-chan’s play” so he intends to go unless his schedule won’t allow it, most likely in November.
K: I heard you sent a message to Shige through the manager.
T: “Do you get air miles for Green Mile?”
K: Cut it out! The manager will get annoyed. So what did he answer?
T: He said “Fuck off!” 4 characters. [u-ru-se-e]
The only correct answer to that question.
Koyama then said recently after work he went to a pet shop with Tegoshi for his new pup and met Tegoshi’s mum there. She was wearing a sleeveless top. Legend.
The first message was from a girl who felt she was bad at English and she wants to be able to speak it “coolly like Tegoshi” but can’t seem to love it. Tegoshi said he’s not that good at it, really, but that it’s really nice to able to speak even a little since it will give you so many opportunities and allow you to communicate with “like, 3-4 billion people”. That’s both dumb and cute.
The second message was from a girl who just broke up with her boyfriend and wanted Tegoshi to cheer her up. He immediately said “There are as many men as stars!” which is also scientifically inaccurate but ok. He once again said he thinks it’s good to date as many people as possible and solemnly quoted Muramoto from “Woman Rush” who basically said women fall for popular men and get cheated on instead of placing themselves first. He thought it was so deep it was almost cute.
The last message was from a girl who was studying to be a nurse and she asked what kind of nurses NEWS love. Like, wat?? Tegoshi got confused becasue he legit didn’t know the word “kangoshi” which is a nurse. Even I know that, seriously. He then proceeded to explain how all men have a thing for nurses becasue, you know… But it sounded oddly decent for Tegoshi. Then he and Koyama tried to express how it’s such an important and stressful job and handled this obvious bomb diligently.
At the ending Tegoshi was fooling around and repeating Koyama’s words but after Koyama praised him saying when he’s on the show’s rhythm is very good and he’ll let him do a “T-chan news” next time.
