Would you do a tutorial on how you did the text on your last gifset? The gradients look so cool!

of course! So happy you liked it ♥️ it's actually super easy! How I achieved this text style under the cut:

I used the font lemon milk - it's free! I created a new text layer in bold and made the text white:

Set the blending mode to difference. It'll make it go grey/inverted, like this:

Now add a gradient overlay to the text layer by going to Layer > Layer Style > Gradient Overlay. I used the two colours, #e8001c on the left and #ea5900 on the right, set the angle to 5, and set the blend mode to linear light, like so:
