~*Exclusive*~ new track from Montclair, NJ based band The Sun Hurts from their soon-to-be-released EP!! Check out the rest of their demos on bandcamp until then. I’m so happy that they finally have some stuff recorded because I’ve been seeing them play since March of this year because my wonderful friend Nick Gaglio plays drums, and I’m so into their sound. Anna Bonesteel has an incredible voice and all the instrumentation is so on point. It’s a really engaging and interesting take on alt/emo that totally benefits from Anna’s vocal style. 

If you’re in the north Jersey area on tuesday 7/29, come see them play a show with Sorta Lonely and Skull Kid who are currently on tour from Pittsburgh! The Sun Hurts will be spreading out geographically once the school year starts so make sure you catch them while they’re still around since their live performances are awesome!!
