when you’re outside, notice things on purpose to smile about

make up stories about strangers passing by

when you’re speaking to someone: rather than overthinking about yourself, find traits that are beautiful about them and listen deeply to what they’re not saying

be genuine, and if you feel like you’re genuinely cynical and negative, find ways to heal yourself and change your view on the world

do you ever just look at the clock and see that it’s 1:37 am and you haven’t had one solid nights rest and then your mind reminds you that you only have two friends who barely hang out with you and you’re only purpose is to go to work and that you haven’t been held in so long that your heart literally aches with the need for someone to love you so you create stories in your head that are fake but feel so real and then you get thrust into reality and start all over the next night?
