We also have a new cage for the male rats. When the girls' stitches heal after sterilization, we will gradually move them into this large cage.
We have sterilized our female rats! And it turned out to be very timely, as it turned out, one of them had a tumor on her uterus. It wasn't visible during the examinations, but it was already there, and it was a good thing that we had them sterilized. Now we're waiting for their stitches to heal (about 5 days). And I'll gradually introduce them to the boys.

We moved with him to a relatively flat surface and there I fed him, gave him something to drink and learned his story closer from the woman who fed him a few days before.
He came to our apartment building about a week ago, looked neat, just like when I found him, we decided that he was most likely lost. I decided to write to the local shelter. And in the evening, scrolling through the ads, I found a very similar cat, the dates of his disappearance coincided. I contacted his owner, and also left an ad that a cat had been found, he looks well-groomed. Oh yeah, the cat was also afraid of the street, cars, bicycles, in general, he was unlikely to be a stray. In the end, unfortunately, the cat was not hers, and no one answered the ad did not respond either. But, the girl who still has not found her cat, decided to take this cat to herself. So the cat got a mother, today I will call about his castration. The cat found a family and now everything is fine with him.

A lot has happened while I was away from Tumblr. I adopted new rats from poor conditions, they were given away as babies! They were only 2 weeks old, and I had to feed them instead of their mother. Unfortunately, their previous owner wasn't particularly concerned about them and wouldn't have minded if they were fed to snakes( But now I have them and they are doing well!
