Buttermilk buiscuts!!

Soybutter chocolate bark
This was an experiement of mine and it turned out pretty good! I am thinking about adding somesort of crust for the bottom though to give it a crunch. Fun and simple, and makes a nice healthy snack for the sweet tooth.
Recipe:
-soybutter -honey -dark chocolate -butter -cinnamon
*since this was an experiment, I dont have exact measurements
1) get a cookie sheet lined with wax paper 2) warm soybutter in microwave and then mix in honey to taste 3) spread the soybutter on the cookie sheet 4) melt the chocolate 5) mix in cinnamon and ½ tsp of butter into chocolate 6) once mixed together, quickly spread chocolate over the soy butter so the chocolate doesnt harden 7) make sure all the edges of the soy butter is covered 8) put the sheet in the freezer for at least an hour 9) then use a knife and chop up the bark
Sweet cinnamon biscuts
- 2 1/3 original bisquick mix - 2/3 cup milk - 2 Tbsp of sugar - 1 Tbsp of cinnamon - 3 Tbsp of melted butter
1) preheat oven to 425℉ 2) mix to 3) bake for 15min
These are super quick and easy to make busicuts! They are really good, and I honestly couldnt stop picking off the tops of them each time I walked by!
Cinnamon-Coffee Cookies
If You're into crispy cookies these are for you!
Made these with my dudes, and they turned out really good. Although we do feel that the nutmeg should be cut in half and the cinnamon doubled. We also didnt cool the dough like the recipe calls for, and we had no trouble rolling the dough.
Vegan Banana bread
I was baking this with my sister for her girlfriend’s birthday, and it turned out pretty good! Really happy with the outcome! (Took longer to bake than the recipe said though. Took about 30min)

Decided to make the soft maple sugar cookies again!
The icing is a little different cause i didnt have powdered sugar, so i fudged it. Granted the icing didnt set and instead soaked into the cookie, it still turned out really good! The taste was great and made the cookies super soft and gooey! So if you like gooey cookies, instead of powdered sugar for the icing, use ¾ cups of granulated sugar and about ¼ cup of flour.

Cinnamon Cocoa Brownies
I decided to make brownies last weekend to welcome my roomies back home! They loved them! (As do I…hehe…)
I decided to take the brownie recipe i made and alter it just a little to change the flavor profile. So instead of the hint of bitter from the coffee, there is a hint of spice from the cinnamon.
Here is the recipe:
- 1cup semisweet choc chips -½ of hot cocoa powder -2/4 cups of butter -¼ cup of vegitable oil -1 cup of granulated sugar -½ cup of brown sugar -3 eggs -2 tsp of cinnamon -¾ cups of flour -¾ tsp baking powder -¼ tsp salt
1) heat oven to 350℉ 2) melt choc chips and butter together in bowl, add cocoa powder, and set aside for cooling 3) beat eggs and mix in sugar and cinnamon 4) slowly stir in cooled chocolate 5)fold in flour, salt, and baking powder 6) pour mixture into 8x8 brownie tin 7) bake away! (For about 35min)
Made peanut butter balls once again! Its a nice break from the christmas treats

Chocolate Chip Cookies!
My friend @rabbit-apologist and I had a craving for cookies, so we made some! We may have made them slightly too crispy, but they still turned out really good! She has some awesome stuff!
Fluffy Gingerbread Pancakes
These turned out SUPER good! I honestly dont want to makebpancakes anyother way now! (And i also ate them with peanut butter and syrup. Sooo good)
Recipe: - 2 cups of flour - ¼ cup granulated sugar - 2 ½ teaspoons ground ginger - 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon ground cloves - 4 teaspoons of baking powder - 1 2/3 cups of milk - ¼ cup of melted butter - 1 large egg
Instructions 1) mix togther milk and egg in a bowl 2) melt butter in a seperate small bowl and set aside to cool 3) mix dry ingrediants 4) make a well in dry ingrediants and pour milk mixture into well 5) once milk mixture and dry ingrediants are halfway incorporated, take the butter and slowly stir it into batter 6) once ingrediants are completely incorporated, cook away!

Lemon cookies! My family and I make these as part of our christmas cookies so people get a refreshing break from all the chocolate.

Perpemint Bark
This is your traditional pepermint bark, but without the traditional look. We can never get it to look like the picture, but it is always a fun little twist.
I recomend storing in the fridge, because otherwise it will gain a powder like texture.
