50 / hi there! this is going to be a bit of a special post. first of all, it's a round number and an occasion to say a huge thank you to all of you for your support and reactions! secondly - i want to tell you a little bit about where S.A.D. is going. third - i've put together a second playlist with music i've listened to in one way or another while photographing or processing. i totally understand if it’s not your taste, but it can add a little more of a feel that i'm inspired by and striving for.

the project originally came about rather spontaneously, with no definite idea. i was just taking pictures of something around and then processing it somehow, trying to add something new. that's how the first series of images appeared, which i'm still continuing to this day as best i can.

at the same time, i'm trying to think of some kind of meaningful addition to these images. and that's where it gets tricky. i have a couple of ideas (i hope) that i would like to implement. but the best format for them, it seems to me, would be some kind of story or comic book. and i have absolutely no idea how to do that. so in my spare time i'm trying to learn how to do it and, in parallel, to put something together in a coherent way. i don't want to promise anything, just don't be surprised if some scraps of text start appearing here one day. but in the meantime, consider this all to be a mood board for something bigger. maybe even an extension of the visual style (which has yet to be learned, too).
