you’re still very young and you’re not supposed to have your whole life figured out yet. dont stress, it’ll all work out and life will be just how you imagined.

I will let Purwosummershine 2017 people sink in my thoughts for the rest of the night, or the week, the week after, and probably, the rest of my life.

Hi, Leaders! It's all came when I was a high school student, I was amazed by a blog of Indonesian Exchange Student who did his Volunteer abroad through AIESEC, started from that, I have written in my mind that I should join AIESEC when I entered University. Thus, the dream came true, in 2015 as a freshman, I was accepted in AIESEC in UNSOED, and I have fallen to the function that I feel in to it, Exchanger! Many downs which accompanied every Ups that I have experienced inside AIESEC which I felt really developed me in richness ways. Leadership is lifting a person's vision to high sights, the raising of a person's perfomance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations. -Peter Drucker WE TAKE challenge, WE ACT, THE LEADERS ARE RAISING #RaisingLeader #AIESECinUNSOED
Inderdaad, een windmolen, rood-wit-blauwe vlag en een verdomde krachtige herinnering van je broer: 'Verweg of dichtbij, we zullen altijd broeders zijn!'
In the West, consistency is integral to our comparative analysis of binary oppositions for the sake of so-called sanity and cognitive consonance. This goes to the core of who we are; into the nervous system of our tongues, through language and into the deepest levels of our thoughts and consciousness. There are few things more frightening to the Western mind, than a truly open mind that can see the validity of opposing points of view. Be open. Whatever construct you choose is perfect. You are not even you, unless you choose to be. This type of thinking frightens people because they want to “know” who people are, and what things are. People are terrified of those who change their self-definition because to understand means to control. When we can understand “it,” we can control our interactions with “it,” as a part of our risk management. But, to understand we must first observe. This is how the mind becomes a weapon. We observe, label and control. We label people to control them. All labels are for control. All definitions are a part of the intellectual dissection and compartmentalization of control.
— Bryant McGill
Allright, allright, best part of its book was "human beings are ultimately nothing but carriers-passageways- for genes. They ride us into the ground like racehorses from generation to generation. Genes don't think about what constitutes good or evil. They don't care whether we are happy or unhappy. We're just means to an end for them. The only thing they think about is what is most efficient for them." #loopxaiesec #kitabagibuku
Tonight, one year ago, in the night of Eid Al-Adha, you've arrived at my hometown, greeted with the opening of the door, parents were waiting for your arrival. After those late indo dinner, at that time we have decided to walk outside the house with those takbir's voice were everywhere, " If you could change something about your country, what whould it be?" asked you as the opening of endless deep discussion, " I would like to make a free program that every citizen of indo could travel all over Indonesia, at least each month like oh come on man, even here we haven't touch another part outside of java". Till the dead of night deep sharing discussion. Those morning, when everyone in the house was wide awake, prepared for Eid prayer, but then surprisingly you get up, wanted to wear those muslim cloth along with "how to wear sarong and cap, hasby?", infact we were agreed that when my mum told you that is okay to not join us for the Eid prayer in the field and stayed at home, those moment when you did joined the whole series of Eid prayer infact my dad already told you just sit and watch us, those moment when your back-neck was burned due to the sun while waiting the khutbah, and those neighbor's curiousity. Those time when we had barbeque with the whole family in grandma's backyard, those sate, ketupat opor and ketchup sauce instead of peanut sauce as your favorite, along with some jokes of my uncle, those night after, when cheese martabak was the companion for planning the next Jogjakarta's adventure. It has been a year, at least my mum won't stop asking me "when will my another son come back home?" those neighbor with the same curiosity of " will he come back to do the Eid again?" nor my dad with "remember when he loves mum's cooking?" And I think to myself, it was worth having chance to open our door for hosting these exchange student, was damn good experience to have another new family member from different country, was amazing time to have host brother to share deep perspective and have taught each other's languages even in short time, but of course, thing of peace is joy forever. "Dichtbij of verweg, we zijn nog steeds broeders". -Bumiayu, 2017.
Selamat Hari Kemerdekaan, INDONESIA ❤ 🇮🇩
