so i low-key forgot to post my log yesterday but here's today's

20 hr fast

Blueberries - $84

Donuts - $440 (immediately pυΓgεd but I'm still keeping it in the total)

cajun chicken carbonara with broccoli - $390 + $27

total - $941

Btw the reason I don't keep track of my calories burned is because I don't have an accurate way of measuring it

i just realized for the first time in my life that I might be agender. And now I don't know what to do with that information. I know I don't NEED to do anything but it feels weird just... Knowing. I've toyed with the label of nonbinary before but it still didn't feel quite right? Because Ive never felt like I'm something in between, more so just like... I don't really feel any sort of gender. I mean I wear feminine stuff and prefer feminine-ish pronouns but now I'm not sure if I do identify with them or if that's just what I'm used to. And ik nonbinary is an umbrella term but I've always been if the opinion some words just fit better and that's okay. Technically I'm pan/Demisexual but I just say bisexual cuz it's easier and feels better to me. And I don't mean to turn this into some long ahh post about my identity but I just.. don't know what to do.

i realized today I'm losing a ridiculous amount of hair compared to usual (I already she'd like crazy mind you)

I know birth control is so dependent on the person and how they react to the hormones, but has anybody here tried the nuva ring? im so fudging tired of lo lo. And if you tried it did you notice an increase in appetite? Any weight gain? Etc.,?

I actually hate being a night owl so bad, I wanna go on a walk so freaking badly but by the time I wake up it's like 95° 😭 all I want is to be able to go outside and not melt. I am so tired of working out inside

Food Log ~ 7/3

So I decided to follow the diet I reposted yesterday. I believe its an OMAD diet, if not well I'm doing it OMAD anyways lol

Todays limit was 700 cal and I had a turkey sandwich with mayo + mustard, and a slice of gouda. I also had apple slices on the side with peanut butter which I'm still eating. All together that was about 670

During work I also had a raspberry + lemon sparkling water which was another 5 calories

All together in feeling pretty full so I'm probably not gonna be up much longer lol
