I feel like Tumblr should really appreciate Iron Lung even if not Markiplier fans whatsoever. It's got all the good stuff. A man being thrown around, going crazy, facing cosmic horrors all while being covered in blood. What's not to love
Saw Iron Lung. Loved the suspense element along with the cosmic horror. I personally loved the slower pace as it allows you to really get in the mind of the character and gives you time to actually theorize and think about what is happening.
I don't even watch Markiplier much, and just found the movie enjoyable over all.
Have you ever needed to do homework but then watched a homo erotic anime with clearly doomed yaoi and immediately had to transfer those feelings onto your otp resulting in what has to be the most unhinged fic you've ever written? Yeah so I just did that. An over 3000 word yaoi one shot was made in the middle of the night and no homework done. As is the AO3 auther way.
Okay, so I did unfortunately have a new plot idea for a Vampire AU so I'm going to let you all vote if you'd like to stay with the OG idea or if you like the new one better. Everything else previously voted on still applies, you'll get you angst and smut, promise.

OG blurb about AU: Vampire Tim AU (NOT DC VAMPIRES) where he gets turned and no one notices. He doesn't eat food at the manor? A bit odd but Tim has always had a strict meal plan (he still gets shit for not eating Alfred's food though). He doesn't go outside much during the day? Well he has to sleep at some point if he's patrolling at night. Blood in the fridge? Tim's making ox blood soup. No one finds out until a Space mission goes longer than expected resulting in an awkward moment with a flustered Kon and a hungry Tim nipping on his neck in vain.
New Idea: During a Teen Titan's fight Tim gets gravely injured with not much time to live. In the heat of the moment Kon remembers that the JL recently took a vampire into custody and makes a deal with them to turn Tim in a desperate attempt to not lose his friend/future lover. At first Tim doesn't take the fact that he is now a vampire well leaving him and Kon with a tense but heated relationship.
What Tumblr has chosen so far: a medium length full freak/smut filled bat shifter vampire Tim/Kon AU with major angst and a good relationship with the bats. For reference the characters will be aged up to around their mid twenties in this story as well.

More on the types (also I wanted to include more folklore like vampires but there are way more than I thought)
When a vampire is turned they have a bond with their sire or creator. This bond inspires loyalty and obedience in the turned and it is the job of the sire to bring the "childe" into life as a vampire.
Their fast, have unnatural strength, drink blood, and their skin shines in the light. I've honestly never watched Twilight and mostly added this as a joke.
A typical vampire that you may think of but he has to follow all of the rules in old wives tales. He will die in the sun, must be invited in, can be killed with a stake/sliver of a cross, cannot drink the blood of someone wearing garlic, has to count scattered grain, ect...
A typical vampire but with lesser rules: will get burnt by the sun, can be killed by a stake (but like who wouldn't die by a sharp piece of wood getting stabbed into their heart?), eating garlic laced blood isn't a good idea but will just give him indigestion, no he does not need to be invited inside or count.
This was also mostly added for fun but I have a feeling people that will vote for it. He gets his power from the mask (TM) and is immortal with the exception of sunlight and hamon (which isn't a thing here but kryptonians are sun powered so they can probably kill him). He can turn others into vampires or vampire zombies. Is compelled to drink human blood and has to rely on blood bags to avoid turning others (I'm pretty sure if you get fed on you just become one of the zombie things) and can make weird chimera things? (Idk but Dio had some weird creations in s1)
Bites necks to feed but is really trying to extract emotions rather than blood. Intimacy is not needed, but is instead a way to extract strong emotions faster. He can also sense/impress emotions onto others as long as he makes physical contact with them. Yes he would have a tail and horns that are usually hidden with glamor or only appear when he is feeding.
Basically number 4 but he can transform into a bat and control/talk to bats. Maybe I'll even give him a half-bat form where he has batwings but is still humanoid. Decisions decisions.
A suggestion for One Piece popped up on my parent's Neflix account and my dad asked "if I started watching those weird cartoons again." As if I ever stopped. I honestly think he would have an aneurism if he found out about the fact that I read and write about two people of the same gender kissing on the internet.
