Second-grader Christian Bucks had the amazing idea of installing a “Buddy Bench” at his school’s playground for people who felt lonely during recess. These benches encourage classmates to reach out and join those who need a friend. Even at such a young age, Christian found an awesome way to facilitate community; how can you do the same in your daily routine?

I think I need to move away from cola’s and toward tea. One problem is the “tea” that you buy in the convenience store is just a bunch of chemicals that some corporation has thrown together for a buck. Are there any true tea’s to be had?
