TORTILLA WITH GUACAMOLE & FALAFEL
>>haven’t written down the exact measurements.. i was working by feeling.
-Tortilla wraps (not homemade, sadly)
-Red cabbage
-Spinach
-Carrot
-Organic salty banana chips (for xtra crunch and salty flavor)
-Avocado
-1 can of chickpeas
-Parsley
-4 garlic cloves
-Onion
-Cherry tomatoes
-Breadcrumbs
-Buckwheatflour
-Black pepper
-Lemon juice
-1 avocado
-2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
-1/4 onion (finely chopped)
-2 cherry tomatoes (finely chopped)
-Black pepper
-A few drops of lemonjuice
>> Smash the avocado until smooth, add the garlic, onion, black pepper & Lemonjuice and mix well. Add the tomato and stir until well combined
-120 (?) gr chickpeas
-Parsley (i used a lot)
-2 garlic cloves
-1/4 onion
-2 tblsp buckwheatflour
-Breadcrumbs
>> Put all the ingredients (chickpeas, parsley, garlic, onion, buckwheat flour) in a foodprocessor or blender and mix until smooth.
Use a spoon to measure the mixture; make balls and roll them in breadcrumbs until completely covered.
Put them on a baking sheet and press down to get a ‘burger’.
bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 20-30 min ( until crispy/crunchy, have an eye on them!)
This makes 6 falafel ‘burgers’, which i cutted in 4 so they would fit my wrap :v
>> Sadly i used tortilla wraps from the supermarket, which were high in transfats.. But i enjoyed it anyway.
Put the wrap in the microwave for a few seconds,
take it out and spread the guacamole all over.
add some red cabbage, Carrot, spinach and salty banana chips (organic).
Cut 2 falafel ‘burgers’ into 4 little pieces and add tot the wrap.
Roll it to close the wrap and enjoy!
This makes 4 tortilla wraps.
Sorry for the shit description
