Cleaner Air With Airmega
A Korean company has built a brand new air purifier called the Airmega. What makes this one so special is that it is incredibly smart. The gadget has tiny sensors inside it that analyze the air in the room. After processing the data, Airmega purifies the air until it has reached the recommended level.
What is also cool is that the Airmega also connects to a smartphone app. You can view all the data from there and even make changes if you wish.

Nest Thermostat - Smart & Simple
A smart home can not only make your life simpler but also cheaper! Do we actually need to consume as much energy as we are, or maybe we can optimise it? Nest has done exactly that for heat.
How many of us actually turn down heating when we go outside? I can tell you that I for sure don’t. That is real money that we are wasting. It can look like its not much at first but once you look at the entire year and how much you would had saved, it begins to make you think.
Nest Thermostat is a super smart device. During the first week you will keep changing temperatures according to your taste. After that it starts learning your patterns and next thing you know it will know exactly what temperature want. For example once you leave to work the thermostat turns the heat down. And when you get home it has warmed the house up for you.
But what makes the Nest Thermostat especially cool is that you can also control it via an iOS or Android app. The device costs $249.

Unlocking Doors With The Apple Watch
(via Macstories)
August has released an app for the Apple watch that can be used to open August Smart Locks!
A pretty good infographic for understanding what exactly are smart homes.
Apple Watch Wireless Charging Dock!
Apple watch, the so called revolutionary smartwatch has been taken to new heights. What could they possibly do to make it even cooler? Well there is only one answer to that - wireless charging. For those who already have the Apple watch, you probably know how annoying it is to charge it with the cable.
Well I am really happy that Apple has now decided to come up with another solution to charging the watch by introducing their very first wireless charging gadget! To be exact what they released is a stylish watch dock that includes a charging magnetic puck. The magnetic puck can be lifted upwards so you can just wrap your Apple watch around it. Which also turns on “Night Mode” Or you can leave it flat and simply place your watch on top of it.
Either way it is a pretty cool dock that not only looks good but also works really well. It is available in Apple stores for $79 in USA and €89 in Europe. Now if only they could come out with a similar product for iPhones.
What is better than being able to charge your device without having to plug a cable into it? Check out this pretty cool charging dock created by Apple for their smartwatches. A definite must for if you have an Apple watch!
Wall mounted fireplace. Not a bad idea.
