it’s a common misconception that okita alter is a servant with an altered saint graph like saber alter, but in this case the “alter” is actually just short for “alternative” because she is literally an alternate version of okita who’s become all but entirely different from her original counterpart.

additionally, she wasn’t originally created by keikenchi to be an alternate version of okita at all - she was okita herself fused with all of the other koha-ace servants to put an end to the grail war she was in, and before that, she was designed to be a fusion of nobu and okita called “majin saber”, meaning “devil saber”. you can see where elements of nobu and okita’s designs were blended here, and where they’re still preserved in majin’s final stages:

it’s not confirmed anywhere whether okita could ever feasibly be altered by conventional means, but if we had an actually altered version of okita she would likely be much different.
