Whether they are or aren't technically married is besides the point (though I actually do believe they actually have had some type of ceremony in my own head) because to live almost 1000 yrs and probably stepped foot in hundreds of cities , towns, etc. with the love of your life . That is more than just marriage. can you imagine most places you turn having an imprint of your love for that person. A memory they can recall in every city they go to more than once .
