“Six hundred years! You’re kidding right!” Takuya exclaimed surprised that the other was from..well the future. “What’s the future like? Is it like what they show on TV?“ Takuya has so many questions, he could probably go on if he didn’t stop himself.
"Are there aliens in the future? ..Are..are there any humans left? I mean you said Enterran, are they still human..or..no?” He probably shouldn’t be asking so many questions, but he was curious. His thought, when was the next time you were going to meet someone from the future?
“Why would I joke about that!?” he asked, frowning. “If I’m stuck in another time, that’s bad! People using time travel only exists in shows and books!! …I don’t know if it’s like whatever you have on TV. I’ve never seen TV from your time period before!! I haven’t even seen that much in my time; TVs are expensive!!“ Well, not for most, probably, but he’d never afforded one as a kid, and didn’t bother buying one now since he would just travel and not use it. “And there have always been aliens, we just didn’t have contact with them.”
Ah. The next question. If he was in a different time, maybe he was in a different timeline too? Which meant, he couldn’t guarantee there would be humans. “Humans are humans and Enterrans are Enterrans.“
"So..there aren’t any humans..at least where your from..right?” It was heartbreaking to think about. That in the future there might not be any humans, of course, it all depended. There could, but the person in front of him was from the future, and the statement he made, well it pretty much answered the nagging question Takuya was thinking about.
He looked down for a moment, completely quiet as he thought about it. Even if there were Alternate dimensions or universes or whatever, just the thought that there wouldn’t be any of his kind was a scary thought. Takuya pushed the thought to the back of his mind, trying to forget it, and act normal.
“So the whole, time travel thing is technically a legend to you too? People don’t believe it on Earth either, but then again, most people don’t believe in other dimensions either.”
Looking at the boy’s face, Mushra winced, knowing exactly how his answer was perceived. “Where I’m from, there are humans!” he said quickly. “But humans aren’t Enterrans, and Enterrans aren’t humans! There’s plenty of humans!” Oh man, the last thing he wanted to do was upset the guy who found him. “Humans are humans, they just aren’t Enterrans! The person closest to me is a human!” To say Mushra felt awkward was an understatement. The guy looked like he might cry, this sucked. “So don’t worry!!”
“It’s not a legend, it’s just not possible. Nobody’s found the technology to do it, and only a few Enterrans are able to send people in time. Nobody’s able to go back and forth.” Which was why it was so bad. “Other dimensions exist, but time travel, nobody’s touched that.”

"You don’t need to lie to me.” Takuya was a little upset the other would do such a thing, then again, Takuya did take it a bit..well hard, but that still didn’t mean anything. He’d asked, and he didn’t regret asking.
“Well, I’m not sure how people feel about the subject of time travel here. Some believe it exists, some think its impossible. Its an iffy subject.” He stated as he thought about it.
“If you’re here though, that means it’s possible..but..if you can’t go back and forth, how do you expect to get home?” Takuya was a little worried about the other. If he couldn’t get home, that wouldn’t be a good thing.
“How’d you even end up here?”
“I’m not lying! There are humans! I’m just not sure if there will be in this timeline is all! How am I supposed to tell all the timelines apart? Humans could be purple in 600 years in your timeline for all I know! But where I’m from there are humans!! And I wouldn’t lie about Yakumo, never!” he exclaimed in defense.
“I’m no liar, ya hear? Humans are real, they just aren’t Enterrans, like I said!”
He paused, and frowned, concerned for his own sake. “I’m still workin’ on that. I don’t even know how I managed to get here. I was in a fight in a town in the desert, the guy opened up this weird static-y portal thing, I blacked out, and when I woke up I was in a forest. I don’t know how to get back yet. That’s all I know about it.”
@Takuya-hothead-kanbara
“It isn’t?” Takuya questioned feeling a little bummed himself that it isn’t much different. At least he got something that was different from the future.
“I wouldn’t know if America is suppose to be a big country or not. I live in Japan, and well..I’m not exactly good with geography.” Takuya answered feeling a little clueless about that part.
“So you live in a part of a broken up America?” He questioned, interested in the fact that there were different cities, and countries.
“Japan… I don’t know that country. Probably changed the name, cause I don’t recognize it. Where is it? Is it in Eurasia?”
“I guess you could say that. I grew up in a town there, but since I’m an adventurer I wouldn’t say I live in any specific place anymore. It’s been a long time since I just… stayed somewhere.”
“Well, I don’t know what Eurasia is, but I wouldn’t be surprised that Japan’s name changed. The continent it’s in now is Asia, if that’s what you’re asking.”
“It’s your turn to ask a question.” Takuya informed him, ready for any question the other would ask. Well, almost any question, it wasn’t like Takuya knew everything.
“Eurasia is… those two continents, you know. Europe and Asia is what they used to be called, but then they got put together… or something.” Mushra grinned awkwardly at his poor explanation, but history wasn’t his forte. “So it’s in the eastern half of Eurasia?”
“I’m not really sure how you could answer it since you probably don’t know anything about it, if you don’t know about Enterrans. But, what’s it like before Enterrans are around?”
@Takuya-hothead-kanbara
Takuya looked down as the other explained to him what the crime was like in the future. It was strange to listen to how everyone dealt with their own problem.
“As far as I know people now don’t really deal with their own problems. I mean, they kind of do if it isn’t too serious, but most of the time they talk to the cops or something.” Takuya explained.
So that’s what it was like? Though bigger cities had systems sort of like that in place, the idea was a little strange to Mushra—like a child telling an adult every time his friend did something wrong, rather than working it out on their own. “Weird. I can’t really imagine that. I mean, I guess I can, but I’ve only seen systems like that in some places.“
Takuya shrugged. “I can’t imagine your legal system like that either.” He admitted looking down for a moment in thought. Trying to imagine it was a bit difficult. He was use to the legal system in his time, not the other’s. Then again, he was here and not there.
“Huh.”
It was probably to be expected that a lot would change over 600 years, right? But it was still a weird concept to think about. “So whenever anything goes wrong they talk to police?” It sounded tiring.
