Finally back home from my mini vacation. I will be getting to everyone's replies tonight!

Nana hums a bit while playing outside. The warmer weather has her outside more. Playing with some bubbles, she blows them at an unfamiliar looking man, a mischievous smile on her lips.

“Careful, kitten. Water can hurt.” The merman said as he blew the girl a kiss, making a bubble stop dead in it’s tracks, change shape into a heart and pop before ever reaching his face. With a wink he looked away and went back to whatever it was he was doing.

Nana’s eyes went wide as she saw the drink splashed over the unsuspecting lovers. Their faces contorted in shock and horror and she couldn’t help but laugh, extremely amused by the whole thing. “That was so mean!” She said still laughing obviously not phased by the ‘meanness’ of it all.

When the merman saw the girl’s reaction he broke out into a huge smile. “Mean, aye? Says the one laughing!” He got up and took a seat next to here. “Can you do anything special or are you just magically cute?”

Hello.... fuck! [ Wonsik x Zayn ]

Zayn was standing in the bathroom, styling his hair since he’d just gotten out of the shower. It wasn’t as though he had many plans, but he always tried to look presentable if he could. One never knew. But when there was a sound, like someone entering his room, he peered out, seeing…Wonsik? holding something without many clothes on. Well this was odd.

“What the fuck?” he asked, though the words that reached him made him stare at the thing in Wonsik’s arms. “Um. I think I signed up for something? But not specifically with you…and I didn’t think babies were involved,” he said, thhough he could see the distress on the merman’s face. “Here, let me have it,” he said and reached out to take the child…thing…from him and held it somewhat awkwardly.

“Uh does it have a name?” he asked, though that was answered at the note around the kid’s neck. “Oh, Peter. Um. Hi Peter,” he said, watching the weird little stone baby with a little bit of unease. “I guess you aren’t allowed to hold him,” he laughed a little, “What are we supposed to do with him though?” he asked, though said child began to whimper like he was going to cry. “Shh, don’t do that, I got you,” he said, attempting to gently bounce him in his arms. He’d seen people do that on TV before.

“I think we are supposed to keep him happy... and alive.” Wonsik was extremely thrown off. Usually his water tricks calmed down everything from humans to animals, but of course he got stuck with the robot baby that didn’t like water. “I tried to calm him down... but he freaked... and he bit me.” He held his finger up, even though it wasn’t red nor was there even a mark. “It hurt worse than it looks, I swear.”

“You know... you’re kinda cute with a baby.” The merman chuckled. “Maybe he will like me as long as I don’t do anything with water... but he seems not to mind you.” He said when the baby calmed down and stared at the hunter making gently cooing sounds. “Maybe you have a gift? Or it could just be a pretty face.”

“Wonsik,” he nodded, trying to put it to memory. He glanced around at the different numbers on the classrooms, trying to figure out where the class might be. But when he was asked what he was, he turned to smile a little at the other. Mer-people weren’t generally hunted (at least by his kind of hunters), so he hoped there wouldn’t be an issue. “Haven’t met one of those yet. I’m human. A hunter, actually,” he said, hoping it wouldn’t turn on him. “I think it might be down here?” he said, though he couldn’t be too sure.

“A human?” He eyes almost sparkled. “Hunter...?” That confused him. “What do you hunt?” He stayed close to the boy and let him take the lead in finding their destination. He never heard of hunter’s before. When he was young the elders told stories of humans catching his kind in fishing nets and to never be seen again. But, he was learning a lot of stories he was told when he was young was lies and used to scare them into never straying too far from home. Was this boy someone who caught his people in nets? He was going to find out.

Olzic walked through a set a doors he had not ventured through yet. He glanced around once they were pushed apart enough for him to walk through. A swimming pool filled majority of the giant room much to his surprise. His focused stopped and fixated on a color that was standing out in the setting. The red that was radiating to his pupils happened to be hair that belonged to someone swimming in the middle of the pool. Curiously he walked over without a word being said.

Wonsik stopped instantly in the water when he heard someone, even the smallest noise was intensified under water. The merman sank to the bottom of the pool and out of sight before he remembered he was actually in school and didn’t have to hid. With a swift push from his tail he soared through the water and shot straight through the surface just to come back down and completely soak anyone that may be too close to the edge of the pool.

Olzic watched as the other man changed into the human form. There was no way of not being in contact with the view in front of him. Just the sight of the other man fully exposed in front of him caused his mind to slip off into a tangent of thoughts. Just as plants craved for water, the diwata was craving the water species. “Nice to meet you too.. Wonsik.” He tried to fixate his green eyes to meet the other person’s, but they couldn’t do it. Both pupils fixated back to where the man left himself free and proud.

Wonsik leaned down and poked the man’s head. “You don’t feel like wood. Why don’t you feel like wood? Silly.” He just chuckled and walked over to pick up a towel and drape over his head. “Do you always sneak up on people in the water or am I the lucky first?” While drying his hair he turned to look at the other. “I don’t think I have seen you before.... are you new?”

Soaked was an understatement, she was absolutey drenched. Her hair clung to her form, she hardly had a chance to be amazed by the creature who had propelled out of the water. Eunji pulled her wet hair from her face before walking into the water, stopping when it was up to her knees. Her eyes were focused on the tail that skimmed behind him. She was truly mesmerised by it, “What are you?” She asked ignoring his own statement for a moment. “Oh, I’m sorry.”

He couldn’t help but smile at the stranger. “You’re naked.... isn’t that bad?” He swam closer to the girl. “I’m a merman.” Wonsik said, leaning back into the water so his tail floated between them. “See.” With a laugh he wiggled his tail at the girl.

He was just happy to see someone without clothes on. Ever since starting in the acadmey everyone had been on him to keep his human body covered. But, any chance he got he was naked and proud of himself.

The cupid felt a little better as the other cleaned his cheek and he had a moment to take a breath. “You’re going to laugh at me…..” He mumbled softly and looked down at his knees. Li felt embarrassed for getting lost, especially after this stranger started talking to him.

“I can’t find my way back to the dorms and then I tripped and just kinda…..stayed there.” His voice was low and full of emotion. Liebe tried to take a deep breath and push down all of his feelings and compose himself a little in front of the cute stranger.

“You’re actually pretty close.. so, you’re not super lost. You’re going the long way around though.. I come this way because of the pond that’s here.” The merman stood up and reached down to help the other up. “I’m kinda new too and believe me, getting lost is normal. I’ll walk you back though.” He smled at the other. “You’re too cute and your wings are too small to be walking alone through here. A monster may grab you and pluck your wings.”

"I've heard—" Taehyung said in between pants as he ran towards the male, only stopping once he was in front to him. He pressed his palms on his knees and panted. He hated running so much. After some seconds trying to catch his breath, he stood up straight and smiled a lazy smile to the unknown man. "I've heard you're— You're a mer... Mer... Man?" He asked, unsure if the term changed when referring to a male. "Is it— Is it true?"

Wonsik stopped dead in his tracks and just stared at the boy speeding towards him. A brow raised in question as he waited for the breathless stranger to get out what he was trying to say, only to laugh when he finally heard the question. “A merman?” He repeated. With a charming smile he nodded to answer the boy.

“Yes— that, a merman,” he said softly, nodding with his head only to then analyze the body of the boy. He didn’t look like a mermaid— or merman. Would he change if he was in water? Or maybe mer-people didn’t actually have things that resembled the body of fishes. “I heard, it was a guy with reddish hair… I asked some other guys but they all looked at me like I was a weirdo,” Taehyung said as an embarrassed smile curled his lips. “I’m Taehyung, by the way, hello!” He greeted cheerfully.

“Well, you found the right one... I haven’t met anyone else like me yet so I am assuming I am the only one here until proven otherwise.” The merman bowed his head slightly and chuckled. ‘It’s a pleasure to meet you...” Did the boy say his name already? He couldn’t remember he was just too excited that someone was excited to meet him. “I don’t thnk I caught your name.. I’m Wonsik.”

Human and Earth History was Heechul's weirdest class. He could meet there new races even when he thought he knew everything. "Hey you!" For example the red haired guy smelled like he never nosed anyone. "What are you?"

Ravi perked up and snapped out of his day dream when he was called upon. “Me?” He asked as he straightened up in his seat. He didn’t hear the question, but decided to wing it. “1972?” Numbers always seemed like good answers. The merman nodded, pleased with his attempt at the answer.

“Wao sounds awesome. I’m not living in a cave though.” He shrugged with a grin. “I’m sure that you will learn controlling water. It sounds more difficult than fire you know. This beauty is just an explosion of energy not a different kind of material.” He smiled at the fire in his palm with love before extinguishing it. “The legend? Oh well… It says that at the beginning of times godess Nüwa created four creature to protect the world. A turtle, a dragon, a phoenix and a tiger. With different tasks and abilities. It’s an old chinese story.”

“Oh.. I actually think I heard that before. I can’t remember where though. I always heard we came because we were supposed to keep the waters safe fro humans that wanted to hurt it.. who knows, right?”

After a few seconds, Olzic calmed down. As he did, his transformation back begun. With the twisting motions reversing from before, the human form came back. As Olzic did away with his foliage, he looked at the other. Both of his feet dangled into the water. “Domo? No. I’m Olzic.” He flashed a grin at the other and looked down at the tail. A merman. He had heard plenty of fond stories of such creatures existing, but this was the first time he ever saw one in the flesh and scales. He gave a smug grin to the other male. He had to admit, he was kind of cute.

Wonsk just stared before finally speaking “You dirty Diwata.....” He rolled his eyes and pulled himself out of the pull. As he pulled himself from the water he tail started to disappear and be replaced with his human lower half. “You can’t act slick after you just turned into a tree in the middle of the pool.” Drying in almost seconds and crossing his arms over his chest, standing naked in front of the stranger. “But, either way-- I’m Wonsik. Nice to meet you, scaredy tree.”

“What does that even mean? I am ninety percent water— you… Handsome bastard.”

"Oh---" He looked slightly embarrassed but laughed it off. "Well, then-- hell yeah!"

“Merfolk? Merman?” She asks tilting her head to the side a bit. “I’ve never met any Merfolk here or anywhere else…” She admitted glancing over to see what he was looking at. “Do you know them?”

“No, but they look like they are having too much fun, aye?” He looked back over at the girl and smiled. “Watch...” The merman focused his attention back on the couple and with a swift flick of his finger the drink they were sharing exploded covering them both in the sticky liquid.

Normally Liebe is a very kind and forgiving person. His skin has grown thick through so much pain, so words don’t affect him anymore. Well right was one of those times it. He was so irritated with himself that Li let the harmless comment about his tiny wings get to him. “I’m not a snake!” His face scrunched up in disgust and the cupid pushed himself up into a sitting position.

“And furthermore, these,” Liebe pointed to his small white wings, “anyone would be lucky to have because they’re the best damn wings ever.” Like a kid he pouted and folded his arms in a defensive manner. Really this poor guy just had bad timing, but it wasn’t Liebe’s fault he was mad at himself for wandering around without a clue of where he was going.

Li’s dark eyes scanned the other person for a moment, narrowed, before he huffed, “I’m a cupid, not some disgusting snake thing.” The only reason Liebe was still talking to this stranger was because A; he still didn’t know where he was and, B; this guy was cute enough to help mellow out some of his irritation.

“Awh. Being pouty kinda looks cute on you.” He raised his hand up and some water from leaves of the nearby trees rolled off and came to from a orb at the tip of his finger which he used to clean some dirt from the cupid’s cheek before tossing the now dirty water behind him with the flick of a finger.

“I’m sure they are the best wings in the world, flower boy, but may I ask why you were laying in the dirt way out here?”

Kyungsoo latched onto the stranger without a thought, laughing. "Aha! I finally caught--" He cut himself off immediately when he realized that this person was not, in fact, the friend he'd been looking for. He probably should have paid attention to the hair. "Wow, sorry," he apologized quickly, pulling himself off of the other. "I thought you were someone else."

Wonsik almost fell over, but caught himself. Turning around to face the stranger he only laughed. “Nah, it’s okay. No worries.” He grinned as he watched the other. “It’s easy to get us attractive boys confused.”

"Welcome to Insolitus, sir." He says in a small voice and bowing.

The merman chuckled at being called ‘sir’ but bowed nonetheless. “Thank you!” He beamed as he straightened back up. “And who might you be?”

“Well.. Yes, but it can also mean like big cats, like lions and tigers.” He said tensing a little as he watched the new student bounce around him. He frowned at the question and tilted his head slightly. “Eat you? Why would I want to eat you ?” He asked confused.

“So, you don’t want to eat me? Our parents used to tell us that if we left big land cats would eat us. I knew they were lying!” He leaned in an offered his neck to the other. “Do I smell like fish?” He didn’t give the boy time to reply before he pulled away. “Of course, I don’t… I’m only half fish.. and that’s in the water.”

“The thing.. the thing is that- I’m really weak while I’m underwater. Practically human.” He explained, the smoke flowing through his mouth as he spoke. “I’m not scared of water, just uncomfortable when I’m super wet.” The demon seemed to think for a moment, the words floating on the air before be laughed softly. “that sounded so wrong– I meant as in drenched.” Reaching a finger out, he touched the small ball of swirling water on the others finger and shrugged, his fingers then reaching to caress with his knuckles the shaved part of the others hair. “I like this thing here. Also, do you mind if I bring Madya around sometimes?”

“Water makes you human?” His eyes light up and for some reason the boy looked even more attractive then he did seconds before. When the demon touched him he could’t help but smile. “You meant what you said.. but, I promise when I make you wet you will be more than comfortable.” He returned the water to where he found it. “Who is Madya? Whoever you want to bring is more than welcome... as long as I am the only one you’re looking at.” He chuckled and winked at his roommate before moving back to his own bed.
