Newbie’s understanding of the Persona series
I’m being consumed by the Persona rabbit hole, so here’s some things i currently understand about every entry in the Persona series (also spoilers i guess)
American version heavily butchered everything, down to turning one of the characters black (i guess to be diverse??)

Protag wears an earring for backstory reasons
There’s a billions Makis running around and they turn into a butterfly with boobs
There was already a Joker in Persona, they’re just not the same people though
Tatsuya, for whatever reason, i love Tatsuya.
Tatsuya likes to fidget around a lighter
Tatsuya and Jun are gay AF
Kids roleplaying as Jetman = Destruction of all of humanity
i will BURN MY BREAAAAAAAD
Stoner Jesus, Ball Guy, and Chibori have artificial Personas
There’s a pupper named Koromaru and i love him :3
Protag turns into a door to seal away death itself
Robot thinks its a toaster i think :/c
They tried to do the “are you a boy or a girl?” thing from Pokemon and they never did it again
It has an anime, two in fact

Hey remember that Yaldabaoth guy from Persona 2? Well he’s back and the new protag did something the others didn’t; just shoot him
