Sorry if I'm being annoying omg you don't need to answer ! But like how do you like London ? I'm "moving" to London next year and now people keep telling me it's not worth it bla bla and you can't have a "nice" life because it's way too expensive ? (I know it's expensive but me and my friend looked up some flats and it's honestly ok if you're not renting something in like Central London ?) What's your opinion on all that ?😊
You’re not annoying, I know how stressful everything can be ! I absolutely love the city. As a music student, I have all I need in terms of music. I don’t know where you live at the moment but the life is of course expansive. You have to know what to buy and take good habits like not buying expansive food all the time etc. But finding a job here isn’t really difficult so you can manage by working. I’m renting a room in a pretty 6 rooms flat in Fulham for 170 pw everything included. If you need more infos, don’t be shy, and no need to be anon :) (sorry if I don’t reply really fast)

Yes you are overreacting, i went there to see what the fuss was about and people on that blog were just pointing out problematic stuff our favorites have done that some fans seem to ignore even though they call themselves sjw, no one was hating, no one was being rude, many people in the discussion like Miles, they were having a really healthy and respectful debate even if they disagreed, you shouldn't take other people's opinion so personally, chill
wow here we can see how healthy this debate was and pointing out problems like transphobia and being homophobic the second later isn’t really smart from both sides ;)

Completely respect and agree with your opinion on Miles, but people are allowed to have negative opinions! It's music, it's divided opinion for centuries. You keep to your blog loving Miles, and they'll keep to their blog not loving him. As long as people keep out of the tags, there shouldn't be an issue.
I know, and I respect this. The first thing I wrote was “you may or may not like Miles’s vocals” But you can’t say “tlsp is all about Alex” or “miles isn’t talented” or “he’s arrogant” just because you don’t like his own work since tlsp is a duo, he plays the guitar VERY WELL and lots of people like his voice & he’s a sweetheart and I know what I’m talking about.
I just wanna revert back to a point made about Miles and say how much I 100% agree - TLSP is all Alex. He writes and composes most of the songs, and he seems to care way much more about the music than Miles ever did. I'm not hugely into Miles' solo work at all. I think it's overhyped, and without Alex people probably wouldn't pay much attention to it (I still don't think half the fandom actually do)
ikr like i dont think theres a solo miles song i’ve ever liked at all. i didnt like bad habits because of the lyrics and his horrifyingly bad vocal performance. i think in my album review of eycte, on bad habits my note was “alternate title: miles kane yells at me about nothing particularly interesting for 3 minutes”. i also think (correct me if im wrong) thats the only tlsp song hes ever taken lead vocals on for the entirety of. and it ended up being the worst track on eycte. go figure.

But it’s like if you said “I dont like Arctic Monkeys so tlsp is all about Miles” Miles has done a really good work on eycte, he adapted his voice a lot to sing higher, and calmer. even if he has his song Bad Habits where he can properly be himself and “yell like a dolphin”. One of the best songs out of eycte is Pattern and guess who sings it??? Now if you can’t appreciate or listen to any of Miles’ works go back to your Arctic Monkeys library and let us enjoy their coming back.
Miles is equally as important as Alex, he plays most of the (rather amazing) guitar parts, and he does sing in a lot of the songs. If you’re only gonna appreciate and listen to Alex, I don’t really suggest TLSP…
