some small things i eat when im feeling overly hungry to trick my brain: ⋆˚꩜。
•3 rice cakes (i prefer the chocolate sm more tasty but reg is fine too) usually goes for about 180 cal but its honestly filling
•gum with diet coke (water is fine too just a low cal drink honestly) it helps me trick myself into thinking i had a meal
•2 boiled eggs, 1 cup of cucumbers and a banana. this is a bit more food but its very filling for days thats im struggling (250 calories or so)
•anything with tajin, tajin is literally my lifesaver to making bland food taste good 😭 like genuinely sometimes i struggle to even eat but TAJIN TAJIN. ice with tajin is pretty good too :3
•watermelon, makes u feel full but dont be scared of water weight u can burn it off with cardio (at least that what i do). its such a filling fruit that has LOWCALORIES and keeps u hydrated.
