Character    in    general:    i    love    ginny    weasley    !!    tbh,    many    many    years    ago    i    didn’t    really    care    about    her,    but    as    i    paid    more    attention    to    her    i    realised    what    an    amazing    character    she    is.How    they    play    them:    ????    u    r    a    god    ?    i’ve    followed    your    ginny    for    a    long    time,    even    before    i    had    a    harry    blog,    and    i    love    your    passion    for    her.    you    have    an    incredible    understanding    of    her,    and    the    way    you    flesh    her    out    is    such    a    joy    to    watch.    i    love    your    portrayal    so    much    ??The    Mun:    you    are    amazing    wtf.    and    i    really    love    how    you    don’t    shy    away    from    all    the    darker    parts    of    ginny’s    character.

she rolls her lips  ,  feigning thought  ,  then smiles  ,  lips pulled wide  .    ❛    okay  .  yeah  ,  a  walk  .    ❜    eyes and nose crinkle  ,  cheeks blooming  ,  brain rushing to keep up with speeding thoughts  .  dreams were made of moments such as these  !

she reaches for his hand  ,  stepping past wide  -  eyed bystanders  (  who would have ever thought the famed harry potter would go for such a girl as her  ?  )  as suddenly  ,  anxiety floods her  .  the remnants of another soul tug at her  ,  suggesting that he is only getting her alone  ,  not to talk  ,  but to hurt her  ,  to take advantage of her .  dean treated her as if she were weak  ,  and with michael she never did more than kiss him  ,  not that he seemed to mind  ,  but what if harry wanted  more  ?  what if harry wanted too much  ?

and yet  ,  she continues  .  stepping through the portrait hole  ,  never letting go of harry’s fingers  ,  squeezing softly  ,  then leaning into his side  .    ❛    hopefully romilda vane doesn’t try to hex me tomorrow  ,  already ron got hurt because of her obsession with you  .    ❜

UNAWARE    OF    HER    THOUGHTS,    he    only    felt    triumph    and    a    joy    that    seemed    to    spread    through    his    entire    body.    sure,    he    was    liked    by    people,    but    they    liked    him    for    only    the    reason    a    scar    was    on    his    forehead.    this    moment    was    nothing    like    when    he    kissed    cho,    remembering    only    her    tears    that    had    wet    his    cheeks.    here    was    someone    who    liked    him    for    who    he    was,    not    for    his    status    or    for    being    the    only    connection    to    their    dead    boyfriend.

‘    i’m    sure    you’ll    show    romilda    who’s    boss    if    she    even    dares    to    try    it.    ’    of    that    he    no    doubt,    of    the    fact    that    ginny    could    take    care    of    herself.    he    squeezed    her    hand    in    return,    heading    towards    the    castle    grounds    with    her    at    his    side.    it    was    a    giddy,    adolescent    feeling    to    have    your    feelings    returned.    for    once    he    didn’t    feel    like    a    solider    forced    into    a    war    too    young,    but    a    normal    teenage    boy.    he    turned    to    smile    at    her,    seeing    her    as    if    he’d    never    laid    eyes    on    her    before.    on    her    freckles,    the    slope    of    her    nose.    he    knew    ginny    had    some    sort    of    hero    worship    to    do    with    him    when    they    were    younger,    but    he    thought    she    grew    out    of    it    and    completely    dismissed    him    as    she    grew    older.    it    seems    he    was    wrong,    but    he    was    glad    to    be.

I don’t know where this recent idea came from that fiction has to be perfectly healthy anyway. Fiction is not inherently healthy and never has been, its not real, its for exploration and imagination. Fiction is separate from reality and that is why we like it. What you write about is not what you condone, Stephen King is not serial killer for writing about murder. People are not being “abuse apologists” for shipping two characters in a less than healthy way.

I’m sick of this new trend.

You don’t have to like a ship but you want to know what is actually hurting people? What is not promoting healthy behavior? Harassing shippers, telling them they’re disgusting over fiction, that kind of shining behavior antis exhibit.

i    still    feel    like    ?    an    auror    is    such    an    out    of    place    career    for    harry    to    choose.    i    think,    harry    believes    ‘oh    it’s    something    i’m    good    at    clearly’    so    he    goes    down    that    path?    also,    he’s    been    fighting    in    a    war    for    such    a    long    time,    it’s    difficult    for    him    to    separate    himself    from    it,    which    is    why    he    just    goes    with    the    comfort    of    something    familiar    aka    catching    dark    wizards.    but    please,    harry    just    rest    easy    for    the    rest    of    your    life    with    a    cup    of    tea    you    deserve    a    break

Along the way, he was to dispose of Voldemort’s remaining links to life, so that when at last he flung himself across Voldemort’s path, and did not raise a wand to defend himself, the end would be clean, and the job that ought to have been done in Godric’s Hollow would be finished.
