LOSING OUR HOUSE?? IT’S MORE LIKELY THAN YOU’D THINK!!

Okay, so I am in very deep water right now. My family is losing our house sometime in the next month. The house is owned by my grandfather, and due to problems with other sides of the family, he has stopped paying the mortgage for the house. On top of that, the house taxes aren’t paid, meaning we are in over 2,000 dollars worth of debt. Considering the house is in shambles anyway, my family has decided not to fight and instead look for apartments / rental homes. 

That’s where I’m going to need help. 

My mother is going to use her disability to get an apartment for her and my younger sister, as well as their two dogs. My partner and I (along with our dog and 2 cats) will be looking for an apartment on our own until October, when we will be moving into an apartment with a friend. However, at this moment we have no source of income, and our job hunt is moving very slowly. 

We need help raising money for our first months rent and other bills. 

My grandfather won’t tell us when we are losing the house, so we are sort of winging the date. My mother’s next check comes on September first, so that is the date we are planning to start moving. If the house is lost before then, the four of us and our five animals will be effectively homeless – though in that case we hope to stay with my great grandmother until September rolls around. 

And so, I’ll be accepting donations through my paypal for the next month (or until I find a job). We’re looking to raise around 1,000, which would cover not only rent, but moving expenses and food. I’ll still be doing promo commissions along side all of this, but things may be a little slow. If you would like to help, it doesn’t matter how much you have – even $5 will make a difference. We’ll be using a lot of gas during the move, and $5 - $10 goes a very long way in the gas tank!!

HEADCANON!!

Despite being the Horned King’s only son, Keiran was never in line to rule. The King sought eternal life to the point of turning himself into the ghastly creature seen in the movie -- a lich. His immortality meant that he’d never have to turn his role as ruler over to his son. Keiran was never groomed to be King, never made false promises; instead, he was to sit quietly behind his father for what would essentially be eternity.

HEADCANON!!

Much in the same way TBC is often forgotten among Disney fans, Keiran is nearly invisible to the other kids -- villain or otherwise. Given the fact that he’d rather keep company with the dead than living, and his overall morbid personality, he doesn’t make for a very exciting friend. He’s prone to taking jokes too seriously, going on rants about the arcane, and just being hard to talk to in general.
