Hi there, I'm Willow, and a co-owner of this blog is.. Well, Mr. Wood.

I'm known around as the "Horrorland Nuiscance" for being the puppe-- I mean.. one kid that managed to outdo the whole Horrorland MPD while fixing park elements and taking on every single V.I.V. listed in a fight, and winning!

As of right now, I help my friends in their investigation group in archiving and taking new information. Everything you need to know, I know. Wood acts as our security right now. Not many people are dumb enough to mess with a poltergeist, after all.

"Okay before you freak out about how I know where you live- I promise you that you do not want me to give these early Holiday gifts in the library, its being a little finicky right now... Also someone told me you RAN to the library to come help me last time so uh...I didn't want you to- do that. Again."

(This girl has zero communication skills. none. nada. she is so awkward. But she looks better atleast.)

[Usually he's wary opening the door given his... situation, however, Willow's face brightens seeing Laila, now looking much healthier than when he first returned her to the library.]

[He looks a bit better himself, now. It seems Molly has made him a Christmas sweater!]

Oh- Hey..!

I'm, uh.. not worried about you knowing that sorta stuff. It's better you than, like.. Slappy. Or any other number of monsters that dislike me.

You wanna come in? It's cold out there.

"Yeah! That would be nice- Maxwell almost didn't let me come because of the cold. I'm not exactly winter-prepared-"

[She steps inside at the invite, letting Willow close the door behind her.]

"-which would have really sucked because I think these gifts are kind of a bit priority. I don't think anyone can top them."

[Her warm smile feels a little mixed. Cheeky almost - maybe a bit on the embarrassed side, but it's hard to tell with how the colds tinted her cheeks.]

[Wood's peeked out from behind Willow, curiously reaching for the bag around Laila's shoulder.]

That mean what I think it does? Is it done!? Show me!

[Willow pulls him back by his ghostly tail, earning a hard scowl from the spirit, who backs off, arms crossed.]

Sorry, he's been.. antsy recently. A lot of the recent stuff that's happened has made him feel restless. Like.. I mean- Meeting the eldritch god his soul came from. ..Long story, but now we know why he's green and British.

[Wood scowls harder. Willow awkwardly clears his throat and laughs.]

So, uh.. Just here for a delivery? Or.. do you wanna hang out for a bit? We've got hot chocolate here if you're interested.

"Oh hi Gingersnap-! It's no worries- I get it. Like i said- the library has been pretty finicky lately too- ...also a long story. We should trade-"

[Her posture sags a bit. You get the feeling the library has been giving her a run for her money since the kidnapping- though theyre hidden you can almost imagine how her wings and ears would perk up with her eyes as she hears the words 'hot chocolate']

"That sounds amazing-!"

[She has to catch herself for a second from spiraling into just spending time here...she would be lying if she said she didnt want to, but She gingerly treads over to the nearest table.]

"But, Ginger was actually right on the money... it feels wrong to keep him waiting...and you for that matter. Dont think i forgot that I promised to help both of you."

[Her hand literally shakes as she pulls the puppet out of her bag and sets it on the counter. Looking more nervous then you think you've ever seen her.]

"It only actually occurred to me that I've never used my woodworking skills for anything but myself after I told you I would help so uh...sorry if it's not perfect. But it's still using coffin wood - particularly from the fae's forest. Shouldn't be too hard for you to change anything you need once it's yours."

[Wood stares wide-eyed at the new empty puppet sitting on the counter. It takes a few seconds, but he then shoots forward, looking and inspecting it everywhere. Willow laughs, and grins up at Laila.]

Are you kidding? It's amazing! It looks just like him! He seems happy, too, that's for sure.

[Wood finally stops in front of his new body, staring into it's face for a long minute. He opens his mouth to say something, pausing as he tries to find the words. Wood turns to Laila, hesitating, then quietly mutters.]

...Thank you.

[Willow fidgets with Wood's necklace, and holds it up.]

So, uh.. how do we get you out of the necklace and into your new body?

[Wood turns to Willow. Then rubs the back of his neck.]

Uh.. not anything fancy, like a ritual.. You actually just gotta smash it.

...What.

[She giggles a little along with Willow's laugh. Only pausing to meet Wood's look, flustering past what the chill outside had done to her face and hiding away into her scarf with a muffle 'You'rewelcome'...

She does however pop back out eyes wide at what they had to do.]

"Hey uh. I second that. What. You're sure??? Like-....that really doesn't seem safe."

Yeah, obviously - My soul's stuck in it, whenever Slappy dies he breaks open and turns into gas and goes on to possess a new body sometimes. If you break it I can get out. Right?

...How about you just.. release your possession curse and I put the necklace ON your new body instead.

(A pink, black, and white box landed near Molly's bed. A tag is on it which reads, "To: Mr. Woods - Merry Gift Exchange. - Early Elves.")

(Inside the box is a cylinder music box with green swirls and gold dots.)

[Another one? First Laila's appeared, now a mystery gift?]

[Willow is turning the small music box over in his hands, Mr. Wood circling him in the air as he does.]

Part of me has a good guess as to where - and WHO it came from, but I can't say for sure. They didn't seem like the gift-giving type..

S.. Saved a fae friend from turning into witches brew.. No biggie.. I'm sure I'll be good to go when we've gotta get back to fighting.. Gods.. And.. stuff...

[He gives a weak thumbs-up before promptly falling onto his face.]

Becca: Down with the witches! Long live Judith the WITCH WRESTLER!!!

Judith: That name needs workshoping but Byrd would be proud of it. That's all that matters.

Alice: Could you wrestle Mrs. Forster into actually changing my sister back or-

(A bright purple glow fills the room- aswell as the shattering of glass. When the light dulls its painfully obvious the cup holding the witch-turned-spider is broken- and the witch herself long gone. However-)

Alice: SHARON!

Sharon: Hey little sis- guess I'm no longer the little problem huh?

Alice: Sharon! Sharon never break a witches bowl ever again!

Sharon: Wasn't planning in it- oh no the cup!

Rosie: I wouldn't worry to much about it. Judith talked sense into Clarissa and Mistress Barbarous isn't going anywhere tied up like that.

[Small footsteps approach the group downstairs. Willow rounds the corner, hands carefully cupped together, holding something. He and Wood were prepared to fight, but he pauses, seeing the chaos had already ended.]

Oh! ..Wow, nice job! Uh- Hey, I got her. And their witch brew is toast, too.

[Wood gives a smug grin to the last remaining Witch. He laughs, taunting them. Willow chuckles.]

Good luck performing your little spell with your Potion spilled all over the floor!

[Willow gently moves Laila to his other hand and reaches into his shoulder bag, pulling out a tablet. It seems he had grabbed it before he left. He holds it out to the Coven Kids.]

I think.. you guys may be more equipped to deal with this part.

Laila: "wow that is...quite a few kids....."

(The remaining witch hisses loudly at their taunts and struggles against the ropes to no real avail.)

Mistress Barbarous: "Petulant BRATS! Just because you've stopped us now doesn't mean you can stop us forever-"

(Maxwell follows Willow down shortly after, reluctantly letting go of Clarissa when Judith raises an eyebrow at him. Barbarous seems intent on glaring her down even more then the children around her. Rosie and Alice on the other hand look a little giddy. Alice specifically leaning over from her sister to peer into willows hand.)

Alice: "Is that the fae-? She looks tired..."

Laila: "I AM tired- but im okay- thanks to you guys... "

Rosie: "My tablet! Oh thank you Willow!!!"

(Rosie takes the tablet- She must be used to it being haunted by Veruca because she hugs it tight and pays it no mind when it spasms or glitches out in agitation in her hold.)

Judith: "Alright. This house gives me the heebies and the jeebies, lets get her back home before the library takes it out on Max."

(Max grunts in agreement- but he seems less menacing about it. Less inclined to stab someone now that Laila is in his line of sight.)

Judith: "Don't do this shit again Clarissa. Coven kids roll out!~"

[Willow turns to leave as the other kids do, but Wood hasn't moved. He stares at Mistress Barbarous, eyes wide and full of malice.]

You nearly jeopardized my freedom with that little stunt of yours, you know.

[Willow pauses, turning back before he reaches the door. He raises his brows at Wood, confused. Wood floats closer to the bound up Witch, stopping a few inches from her face.]

You may think this isn't over, but I assure you.. It will be. And I can see to that.

[Willow would stop him, but.. Honestly, he doesn't blame Wood for wanting to put a stop to at least one of the Witches that hurt his friend. Wood's green spirit is glowing, illuminating the hallway.]

Who do you think you are to steal someone as useful to me as HER? Taking her and squeezing the magic out of her until there is nothing left? The kid I know didn't know any better, but you and your little spider bitch friend should have known better than to get in the way of someone like me.

And now that I know EXACTLY where my magic comes from.. I think I know a great way to get the likes of YOU off our plate.

You like turning into an animal, don't you?

(The kids leave - much too excited about their victory to notice Willow and the ghost's stay behind them. Laila watched from Willows hand- clinging slightly tighter as Wood got angry in her place, she wouldnt have stopped him even if she had the energy too. Clarissa and Barbarous stared wide eye at the ghost - though one of fear and the other glared back with the same malice given to her. She always was too egotistical to accept defeat in any meaningful way, even when she knew exactly what she was desling with.)

"Do your worst, you pathetic chunk of tree bark."

[Wood grins at that response.]

If you insist.

[He lifts himself a bit higher, the green shining even brighter as he began to recite the spell.]

Muta et mane. Numquam necesse est ut iterum traiicere.

[For Barbarous, the room begins to shift, and the ropes loosen. But before she can celebrate any freedom, In a green puff of smoke, in her place, is now a tiny, harmless, black rat. Wood hums, brushing his hands together and marvelling at his handiwork.]

You know.. it was funny you said that. This is me going EASY on you. If I were doing my worst.. You'd be a pile of ash on the floor by now. Instead, you're just a harmless little pest. No magic, either. I took that, seeing as YOU stole something from me. It's only fair.

[Wood now turns to follow the others out the door, smugly grinning.]

Much like someone else said to me recently..

Consider this an act of mercy, for now.

[He glances back to Clarissa.]

And you. Never let this happen again, and we won't have a problem.

[He then nods to Willow to start moving, to which he swallows, then ducks his head as he leaves the house for good.]
