I wasn’t supposed to drink or eat anything after midnight. I had chicken broth about 5ish yesterday evening. I couldn’t eat jello or anymore broth because I would not have been able to keep it down. So now it’s 315am and I’m 44. I drank a 1/4 cup of Sprite. This mandala coloring page was completed in about 2 hrs tonight. It’s such a huge accomplishment for me because since May 2018 I couldn’t really do what I love. My hand hurt so bad after mg surgery, I could barely write. I could take pictures but if I had to grip small things or bend or turn my wrist it was excruciating. I lived in pain until just two weeks ago. I thought I would loose my creativity and have to give up my passion for art. Today I’m thankful I have the use of my hand again. I thank God for those that helped to put me on the right path to feeling better. Why???? I’m trying not to eat all the candy or drink all the juice. Last night I gave Johnny two salads with his dinner. I didn’t even remember making the first. Sunday morning I put water in my cereal😳. Both these times I didn’t feel my low. I didn’t have my watch on so there was no vibration to alert me. There was that one moody time about the laundry room.
