Chapter one:

Amnesia

You awoke in a dimly lit room. You're eyes hazy. Before you could even register in your mind where you were, you were greeted by the sickeningly sweet stench of rotted food. It was like a slap...no, a punch to the face.

Little by little your other senses began to come too. You could tell you weren't alone. The splitting pain in the back of your head was making it hard to focus your eyes on anything around you. That's when you heard: "welcome to the family, son"

I actually really like the Nemesis redesign. RE:3 was the first game in the series I got right at its release. I played them in order, but the previous entries were already a couple years old when i first played them. So, over the last 20 years, Nemesis’ absence of lips and peeled back gums have kinda lost their shock factor. The redesign is a lot more grotesque looking than the original.  Like a mask of twisted mangled flesh stretched over meat and bone, and also consistent with the design of the other T-003 tyrants...incidentally, all the tyrants have noses, seeing as how they were once human. If you thought the T-virus had radical changes on the human body. throw the Nemesis parasite in the mix and the Tyrant gets a lot more mutated. Like you can see how the parasite twisted the T-003 from the inside. pretty awesome if you ask me.

Amazon video added Blue Seed to their anime collection. Its been over 10 years since I last seen this show. I randomly googled it, and all the usual results popped up at first- ‘Wikipedia, Crunchyroll, Anime news network, etc’ But a couple links down i saw a URL from angelfire. Whoa, you rarely come across fansites nowadays. But especially not the OLD ones. This site even had a guestbook and a links section. Back in the day (Late 90′s to early 00′s) anime fansites and shrines were everywhere. I remember spending hours browsing through the ones devoted to my favorite shows and games. They were by the fans and for the fans, and were a lot more fun than wikipedia :/...sites like angelfire and yahoo geocities gave you all the tools to create your own webpage. You could paste gifs and pics to your hearts content. Guestbooks were your way of saying “I was here” since social networking wasn’t really a thing, other than chatrooms anyway. Anyway, this site hasn’t been updated in 15 years, so its just interesting how websites today have changed. not too many personal sites, mostly that type of content has changed to running a blog, or a youtube channel. or less personal, just being a member of a group.
