Sleeping pills

I think that when the Winchesters were young, Sam would secretly drug Dean with sleeping pills.

Dean knows ofc, he knows what Sam does at any moment, he can't hide anything from him.

Dean assumes that Sam wants him to rest properly and stop overworking himself, to just relax and sleep. Dean is glad he's got such an amazing little brother, and he wants to make him happy.

So, every once in a while, Sam would drug Dean without telling him, and Dean would take it, because he guesses it's ok if it's just every once in a while.

Every time that happens, Dean has a great night sleep, with some amazing, often hot dreams, many if not all of them about Sam.
