Seeing how great Coach Ryan looks in all his IG posts makes me wish I had gone to Ohio State just to go to all the wrestling matches! Gotta hit the gym in the proper uniform now!

Another training session with @coachtjgear after a quick run after my classes today. Feeling good about training more often and the run was surprisingly fun, and I’m not used to running at all so that was a nice surprise. September of 2024 I was 205 but with help from Coach TJ and putting in the work this is what my 185 looks like rn. Proud as always to rep Coach TJ Team!!!
