The Houses as Skittles

Hufflepuff: Wild Berry Skittles. When it comes to fruity candy, berry flavors go with almost anything. Not sickeningly sweet but just pleasant enough to linger. The flavors don’t clash if you eat more at a time, despite their differences.

Slytherin: The Original. Traditional and classic but they’ve got a legacy in this world, and they’re not going away any time soon. It exhibits the flavors like how they are, with no ambiguities or extraneous names.

Ravenclaw: Darkside Skittles. Vanishes from existence and comes back from time to time. Has some of the most unusual flavors. The mysterious packaging and names appeal to your curiosity and you just know you have to try them.

Gryffindor: Sour Skittles. You eat them 1) on a dare, 2) to demonstrate your invincibility, or 3) you actually like the sensation and pride yourself on having the capability to withstand the taste. Sweet candy is for chumps!

Slytherin, the original skittles, bit during pride month where they’re all changed to white.

All the flavours are there, they’re exactly the same. Except colourless. Because what’s funnier than watching people try to figure out the hated lemon ones when they’re all the same colour.

Sorting: Piper Chapman, from OITNB (Slytherin)

Piper has in my opinion two very different personalities that portray themselves throughout the series. From the beginning of season 1, the Piper we see is one of immense vulnerability and fear. It appears that the dreadful situation she finds herself in has stemmed entirely from her misplaced loyalty in Alex, a strong suggestion of a Hufflepuff sorting.

The Houses as SVTFOE Characters

Ravenclaw: Star Butterfly. Values self-expression above all else, and invents her own spells because where’s the fun in going by the spellbook?

Hufflepuff: Marco Diaz. Never slacks off on his hobbies. Very dedicated to his goals, even if it’d take years. Keeps people grounded.

Slytherin: Tom Lucitor. Plans ahead and finds it hard to adjust to changes. Likes to be in charge. Wants to improve himself, even by bending the rules.

Gryffindor: Pony Head. Competitive, speaks her mind and never says no to a good party. Understands the importance of defying the system.

The Houses as Netflix Originals

Note: I would recommend all four of these. Watch them. They’re wonderful.

Ravenclaw: Sense8. Encourages individuality and acceptance of yourself and others. Takes you on a mind journey to other cultures. The nature of the sensate connections leaves much room for theories and speculations.

Gryffindor: Anne with an “E”. Shows a resilient and courageous girl who fights for what she wants despite the cards she’d been dealt with, and inspires bravery in others. Touches on many themes related to social justice.

Hufflepuff: Stranger Things. A group of unlikely allies bonding over a common goal, putting aside their differences to save a friend as well as the whole town. Even at the expense of their own safety and sanity.

Slytherin: Black Mirror. Although the prospects of a futuristic society is appealing, this show reminds us to watch our backs and know our limits, even as we marvel at the ambitious possibilities technology can bring.

TENKIUUUUUUU About the Mickey Mouse and Friends sorting :D But I got this question: Do you know about Oswald The Lucky Rabbit? Or about epic Mickey? I want to know Oswald's house more than MY HOUSE.(?)

I’ll be honest, I don’t remember Oswald at all... But I’m looking at the wikia page and just based on impressions (of what his motivations are) I could see him as Hufflepuff. 

Even though his temper may make people think he’s too “nice” for Hufflepuff, niceness is not actually a canon house trait, and his bitterness comes from his sense of injustice - he was kind of forgotten and people seem to have replaced him with Mickey. 

And his eventual understanding of Mickey shows his ability to put aside these bitter feelings and learn from his mistake. Also based on the “personality” descriptions he doesn’t seem to give up easily, either, which earns him a bonus from the badger house.

Sorry I couldn’t give you a more in-depth analysis but I hope this helps :)

For @ginyang98 because I believe you requested this? I think my sorting is based on all the Mickey mouse franchise films and shows (honestly there are SO MANY adaptations I don’t even remember who is from where) I’ve seen over the years.

Oh, those are their Ilvermorny houses! I shortened them because I’m lazy haha.

If you could make someone do anything, who and what would it be?

Sarah: Hmm… Seeing as a certain country is gonna be taken over by a certain orange-faced being soon, I’d use my power to make him step down. I’m not even American but I think this is a good thing for all our sakes so I’m gonna take one for the team.

Toby: Sarah’s is a solid idea but all it would  do in reality is leave us with the transphobic moron who is Mike Pence :/ Therefore I’m gonna say a certain Mr. & Mrs. Trump about 70 years ago to take the act of celibacy ;)

Densuago and Glisseo?

Tell me an embarrassing story from your past.

Sarah: Well one time when I was 12 (I was pretty tall for my age FYI) I was helping my geography teacher move his globe and other teaching materials to the next classroom he was gonna teach in. I went inside with all that stuff and asked the class if they had geography next period, just to double check, but when they saw me they all went back to their seats! They thought I was the teacher! And get this - we were in the same year! *cringe*

Toby: Way back when I was around 10/11 I was in an art class at school. We were doing something with paint I don’t remember but I was squeezing paint out of the bottles into a pallet. So I come to the yellow paint and as I’m squeezing nothings coming out as there was some dried up paint blocking the tube. So in a moment of what can only be describes as sheer stupidity I turned the bottle around whilst continuing to squeeze and low and behold the bit of dried paint came loose and I was COVERED in yellow paint. Not my finest hour. 

On a scale of 1-10 how clumsy are you?

Sarah: Can I say 11? (Never mind, I’ll go with 9 and ¾.) But honestly, I’m one of those people who can trip over thin air or their own feet. I space out a lot so I have a tendency to run into things, knock over things, walk into things, etc. Luckily I also have a high pain tolerance.

Toby: Probably only like a 5? I’m a pretty average amount clumsy I think.

Sarah: Haha! So funny story time… I *almost* went to Canada back when I was 12 but crazy things happened (if you guys are curious feel free to send another ask, it’s one of those hilarious stories I plan to tell my grandchildren someday). So I want to go there properly. And Japan would be fun to visit too. Also I want to hop on one of those trains that take you around loads of countries in Europe once I have enough money.
