Lorien Legacies human-ish AU where Henri and John, and Sandor and Nine are next door neighbours and have ordinary lives until one day John and Nine develop superpowers.

Now Henri and Sandor have to help them through it and keep it a secret and it’s just no one ever told either of them single parenting could be so hard.

They also at some point realise the John and Nine are into each other before they do and Henri just gives John an awkward talk in which John literally burst into flames while Sandor goes straight into trying-to-hook-them-up territory in which everyone ends up in embarrassing situations and he ends up meeting Devektra and really sometimes Henri thinks he’s parenting three children instead of one

Eventually they find other people who have developed similar powers, Eight and Marina, Six, Sam, Adam etc, and they try and figure out where their powers came from.

tldr: henri/john and sandor/nine are neighbours and end up a family because SUPERPOWERS and love also I'mma write a fic.
