Wait for someone who bumps mouths clumsily with yours cause they’re too busy smiling to kiss you properly. Yeah. Wait for that.

All we want is the moon
Life will break you. Nobody can protect you from that, and living alone won’t either, for solitude will also break you with its yearning. You have to love. You have to feel. It is the reason you are here on earth. You are here to risk your heart. You are here to be swallowed up. And when it happens that you are broken, or betrayed, or left, or hurt, or death brushes near, let yourself sit by an apple tree and listen to the apples falling all around you in heaps, wasting their sweetness. Tell yourself you tasted as many as you could.

Time helps. It is slow and painful but it works. Talking helps, going out with other people, seeing friends and she’ll be like a book you read long time ago. If it’s meant to be there will be again and if it’s not, you will wake up one day and realize that you haven’t thought of her once. And then you will be free.

Madness:
Fear of the dark by Federico Bebber
You silly little girl, you think you’ve survived so long that survival shouldn’t hurt anymore. You keep trying to turn your body bullet proof. You keep trying to turn your heart bomb shelter. You silly thing. You are soft and alive. You bruise and heal. Cherish it. It is what you are born to do.

It happens like this. One day you meet someone and for some inexplicable reason, you feel more connected to this stranger than anyone else—closer to them than your closest family. Perhaps this person carries within them an angel—one sent to you for some higher purpose; to teach you an important lesson or to keep you safe during a perilous time. What you must do is trust in them—even if they come hand in hand with pain or suffering—the reason for their presence will become clear in due time. Though here is a word of warning—you may grow to love this person but remember they are not yours to keep. Their purpose isn’t to save you but to show you how to save yourself. And once this is fulfilled; the halo lifts and the angel leaves their body as the person exits your life. They will be a stranger to you once more.

Why do people have to be this lonely? What’s the point of it all? Millions of people in this world, all of them yearning, looking to others to satisfy them, yet isolating themselves. Why? Was the earth put here just to nourish human loneliness?

I want to be somewhere Away from this place Somewhere just a little closer to grace”
we… we could have been, we should have been. and we would have been, if not for time and distance and pride and fear and excuses, excuses, excuses- it should have been as easy as rolling your r’s on the night you called, drunk, saying you ‘really wanted to see me,’ making empty promises; and for a second you had me believe that, maybe anything was possible, that maybe, just maybe, you were the ray of sunshine i needed on a rainy day, the earth that pulled its moon away from the stars, a major cadence in the minor symphony of life …how wrong i turned out to be. silly girl, how could you ever think that the earth and moon were meant for anything more than just sad, never-ending glances?
