I just randomly realised how Morro and Kieran (from Pokémon) actually have a lot of similarities.

Both start off nice but have corruption arcs.

Both have dark hair.

Both strive to grow stronger and stronger as part of their corruption.

Both have a literal hatred of the main character. (Morro with Lloyd Kieran with the MC.)

They begin to look down on others and lash out on them as a result of their thirst for strength.

Morro often struggles to sleep at night due to pretty bad nightmares and anxiety. Thing is he will never accept comfort for them due to thinking that 1. He doesn't deserve it. 2. He's too old to be scared of nightmares.
