Four years ago today Reno Jay and I organized a group of cannabis activists to march to city hall in Clarkston, WA prior to them casting the vote to allow/deny cannabis sales and production in Asotin County Washington. Through this organized effort and months of work, we saw the old faces deny our cause anyway. This time though they made a costly mistake, they didn't believe we could effect change. Through this denial, we found two people to run against those holding the seats in the few months prior to elections and our people took those seats. After the election, we organized another city hall meeting with the representatives and we got the approval for recreational cannabis companies to produce and sell in Clarkston, WA.
