I'm learning how to play the flute too!!! I'm not really a beginner, since I've been playing for the past two years, but I've only gotten to really play for one semester each year and since we don't learn instruments the traditional way at my school, I only know how to play a limited number of pieces rip. While you're looking up how to play the flute, I think you should look at time signatures and key signatures too. That way, you'll be more prepared to play once you actually start playing :)
Thank you very much! Iām not studying it professionally (i mean, with a flute teacher) because Iām a singer and Iām just being prepared professionally for that, but I wanted to learn how to play the flute because I suddenly started to like it. I realized I did have a good sound (thing that some musician friends told me) which motivated me to take it more seriously. Good day!
STEP 4: How to hold the flute
Learn where to put your fingers!
STEP 3: Assemble your flute
How to put the flute together and apart!
STEP 2: Make a sound
How to have the right embouchure, make a sound and more!
STEP 1: Learn about your instrument
This video will help you if you are a total beginner. I think it is vey important you must know about your instrument, the flute, before starting to play.
