Zero snacks : one meal under 200 calories. : five thousand steps plus

Thursday ♔ fast, six thousand step limit aiming for eight thousand steps.

Friday ♔ one snack under 100 calories : lazy Susan day. restriction, n/a.

Saturday ♔ 200 calorie meal : 2000 steps plus. : restriction, light.

Sunday ♔ one meal of any calorie amount as long as it’s not a binge. Lazy Susan day.
