Okay Hogwarts
Irina could see that he wasn’t comfortable with having a makeover and she only suggested it since it was the first thing that came to her head. “You know what, no makeover today, I change my mind,” she said with a smile. Aware that they were still in the library, she tried not to make sounds but the feeling of his fingers against her skin was so satisfying. Sighing in relief she replied, “perfect, thank you.”
His first sentence definitely didn’t go unnoticed but she put it in the back of her mind because this was important. Irina hugged Justin as he pulled her closer, “you’re important to me too, very important in fact, and that’s why I want to do this, to help you.” She looked up at him as he continued to talk. The tears came back when Justin’s eyes started watering too. “I promise,” she said whilst nodding, “but that doesn’t matter right now,” she wiped Justin’s tears and then her own, “food does,” she said with a smile. “Let’s go eat.” Irina took his hand in hers, rubbing her thumb against the back of her hand to comfort him.
He looked down at her and cocked his head to the side. "Are you sure? I mean, you always make me look good and I could tell you were really excited at the idea. I certainly didn't mean to imply I didn't want one." He clarified, pulling her tighter for a hug before letting go and getting the massage underway. The feeling of her skin under his fingers, the way she relaxed so completely, her faith and trust in him, filled his head with a sense of calming tranquility that he hadn't felt in a long time. "You're quite welcome, Iri." He whispered, giving her a small smile. He wasn't even sure how she felt about the nickname but if she hated it, she certainly didn't say anything.
He didn't want to talk about this because he knew how upset it made Irina but he had to know that she would be able to do what was necessary if the Darkness attempted to hurt anyone. But she was also right. They needed to enjoy the good times while they could and while the Darkness was dormant. At her insistence that they go eat, he laughed and nodded his head. "Yes. Food can solve anything. And who knows, maybe having a full stomach and a beautiful girl in my arms tonight will be the cure for the Darkness." He teased, crinkling his nose as he wrapped his arm around her waist and led them towards the kitchens, his hand squeezing hers tighter.
