You know I'm normal because I've been writing about the reproductive cycle of my alien species for two hours when the point of my story is that my character does not want to participate in said reproductive cycle

I hope the way I drew Nepeta's spikes is understandable as spikes! I definitely don't have the patience to shape them one by one :") but I'm very proud of those drawings!

Nepeta Cataria has different types of vines: some of them have the big soft spikes containing her xenodrugs, some only have fuzzy purple flocking (those are the ones Pillbug is resting on) and some are completely smooth and soft, almost silicone-like (those are the ones Pillbug is cuddling with! :3)
