I am struggling endeavoring to envision the stomach in relation to the diaphragm. I want to draw it. I want to learn its form, its contours, its angles. How would it look distended, pressed against the diaphragm…

Yes, I am also into yawning. Something something, often-noisy involuntary breathing thing which can invoke teasing. With the bonus of contagion!

I’ve had multiple dreams where I reread an old book and discover that it suddenly has a hiccups scene in it. Almost like that scp that inserts itself into narratives.

Then I excitedly wake up, walk to my bookshelf and realize the dream-book never existed at all.

It’s so fascinating when “normal” people mention The Thing in non-kink spaces. I notice how some people add a nonchalant yet sharp emphasis—an aspiration-- to that [k] sound. I do not possess such bravery.

Maybe I can’t surrender to the feeling because I’m scared. I’m scared that if/when I actually get them, it’ll last too long, or it’ll hurt, or it will mentally overstimulate me.

There’s also the fear that my efforts would amount to nothing but disappointment. Yet another session of wasted time.

The danger. The unpredictability. It scares me. But it also excites me, which in turn scares me. Am I setting my expectations too high?

Fear must be holding me back. Because if I were actually trying, I would have gotten them by now.

Do I truly feel that way? Or am I simply unlucky?
