SPOLIERS from the Duskfall Teaser if you haven’t watched it

Apparently, Duskfall takes place in the future, but I don’t think it’s that far into the future. When the teaser begins you can see Kai’s face but he’s much older. That makes me think that Jin isn’t Kai’s son but someone Kai is training to pass down his element of fire to. I think Mira on the other hand is definitely Jay and Nya’s daughter just because the blond hair reminds me of Libber and she is shown using water powers through the titan mech. I’m not sure about the other characters but I’m really wondering how the great devour even came back along with the ultra dragon?

What does anyone think about the set reveals today with Jin, Mira, and a possible next gen of Ninjago? I honestly hope it centered around new ninja CENTURIES in the future. The idea of their being new ninja after the ones we already have feel off. I don’t want it to be like how after Naruto there was Boruto 😭. If not centuries in the future maybe they are ninja from a previous or different cycle. Maybe Lloyd survives the end of this cycle and becomes the ronin just like the figure, idk.

Y’all, I just finished DR season 4…And it’s PEAK CINEMA!!

SPOLIERS FOR DR SEASON 4 IF YOU HAVENT WATCHED IT YET!!!

First of all, I love how Jillian Micheals came back to play young Lloyd. Even with the short amount of time we got to see her play him on screen it was worth the wait. I like how they made Lloyd bicker with his younger self. It clearly shows us Ninjago is willing to let Lloyd have back that old personality. On that note, His overall development this season was on point. I liked how they were able to communicate his doubts as a person and leader. When he was fighting with himself, I LOVED how they made little references to the earlier seasons mentioning Garmadon and Gene. I kind of wish his darker version had mentioned the serpentine and Harumi, as those two also cause him to feel guilt about his past. I also like how the gave meaning to the title of the green ninja. I get that before it was mainly about fighting the darkness but with the addition the show, it feels complete. The overall theme of connection reminds me of Lloyd’s role in the LNM.

With Jay’s development in the season I’m glad they didn’t just give him his memories and call it a day. I think it was a refresher for his character to have amnesia because usually he would be the joke out of the OG group and wouldn’t be taken seriously as character. When he was taken seriously it would be downplayed just like in Skybound or nothing additional would happen like in prime empire. I like how Kai and Nya’s role so far has been to help Jay get his memories. Nya was very understanding of how Jay was feeling ESPECIALLY since she too lost her memories when merging with the sea. I think through Kai’s pov you could say he did have character development in the long run. From the very beginning of the show he had somewhat downplay Jay, and even though it was supposed to be brotherly, he still said some hurtful stuff. So for him to support Jay getting his memories the entire time was meaningful. I also like how Kai was not characterized to be an idiot this season. Last season some moments made him seem a bit crazy, so it was refreshing to see him present some good Ideas.

Zane role this season reminds me of how the ninja were helping train Lloyd. Even though he’s a nindroid for the past few seasons he’s acted more and more robotic, so for Ninjago to actually fix this is good. COLE on the other hand has some ups and downs this season. First, I like how he got more screen time. Secondly, I like how they made him clarify on his mistake last season. It doesn’t develop his character but it shows how he is willing to take responsibility for his actions. HOWEVER, why did he stayed trapped in a cage for 2 episodes. I know Cole is stronger than that. Another thing is how he DIDNT get a dragon form unlike everyone else. He is a fundamental part of the team yet he never got a dragon form? Overall on this note Ninjago could’ve done a little better with him so far.

Doc Wyatt said that the younger ninja were going to have good screen time and the show delivered. I like how they dove deeper into each character’s emotions this season, especially Frak and Arin. I like how Arin gained perspective from Lloyd’s side of view and understood the weight of what he was doing. They didn’t push it or emphasize it but they said it well enough that it made me like Arin a little more. The sheer IRONY if he and Euphraisa got together. I liked how the built Fraks character this season and explained why for the majority he seemed stuck up. I wished though that the show really have him confront his father.

Small parts like Rontu reuniting with Egalt, Morro making a small appearance, Benny and Jenny helping out, and reassuring that Geo was okay was the cherry on top this season. Even though this season had a few down points, the rest made up for it. The ending had me feel a little bittersweet, BUT regardless it only builds up to the next part. The pacing throughout did not feel rushed or forced and I actually pulled through without watching the episodes early. Anyways this season was a 10/10

Guys what if the young Lloyd and teen Lloyd from the voice lines leak is actually not part of when he does the ritual of unrooting, but rather a flashback when he uses the tomorrows tea.

I feel like with there being multiple green ninjas, there should be a catch to it. Personally, I don’t think no normal person can be the green ninja because they have to be strong enough to control their powers. What if when the arc dragon mention there being multiple green ninjas, she was referring to different reincarnations of the green ninja. This could explain why Lloyd’s soul didn’t move on unlike the other spirits because his soul was already tethered to himself through reincarnation.
