Knowing that my being cold so often is because of the weight I've lost makes me so happy ❤️
I'm only 15 pounds away fromy first goal weight!
I'm incredibly excited and exhausted from putting so much energy into this but I'm so glad that I'm see results!!
Weighing myself seem less and less like a punishment and now I get more excited to check myself.
As of this morning I am currently at 235!!

Weight lost: 25 lbs!!!!!!
Didn't lose any weight when I weighed myself but it's still nice to wake up to see 237 on the scale ❤️

Having a better day today thankfully I've already started drinking my water and I won't go off diet!

I'm very glad to have not cheated yesterday and continue to see weight loss.
I'm having a really bad mental health day and my friends getting Starbucks and fast food isn't helping at all.
I stayed in the bedroom all day to avoid the food wrappers and having to talk with other people.
I miss food so much right now, I know I'm doing this for myself but I would give anything for crispy chicken sandwich.
June was a bag month for dieting with end of year parties and such.
I weighed in at 242 this morning! Very excited to finally be back on the right track! Gonna get in some exercises today and hope that I'll be down another pound tomorrow!
I caught a glimpse of the tops of my collarbones!!!! I nearly cried! I haven't seen them since I was younger!!

I love watching the fat melt from my thighs and seeing the muscles appear.
I love seeing stretch marks slowly appear as I lose weight. It's like a reminder that this is working ❤️
No huge weight loss to report, not enough water being drank and definitely not been on diet 100%.
I am disappointed in myself but I can only think positive things and try harder in the future.
I usually take iron supplements but I ate a cheese steak sandwich tonight so I think it all evens out in the end 🤷
No weight loss today but I noticed my collar bones coming out! It's not too noticable yet but I saw the very small difference and I'm so very excited to see my hard work pay off even by a little bit.
Lost another pound, with the way this wee is going I'm hoping to be in the 230's this weekend or early next week.
Thats my current goal. To be down into the 30's by next week, I'm getting closer and closer to my next goal weight of 220 I want to start thinking of some ideas to rewards myself with in the next few weeks.
