"I’m not a babysitter, I’m pack. I’d have thought you would know the difference. Why do you need Scott anyway?”
'I do know the difference. I was trying to insult you, you overgrown fish. What's it to you? Why do you care? Just tell me where he is. Simple.'
”If that’s what helps you fall asleep at night,”
'It does actually, I get a great sleep knowing I'm way out of your league.'
;; oh gosh--- I haven't been here in so long. Sorry about that, this year has been pretty busy, and unwanted drama has come back again. I'm so sorry!!

"If you don’t move, I’ll make you.”
'Threatening me isn't going to make me move. I think I'll stay right here.'

❛ i think you did. ❜
'Well then, I'm sorry. You'll hopefully forget about it.-'
❛ you’re not cute any more. ❜
'Excuse you, I am the cutest. Sorry for ruining your love of fairies though.'
(♚) ❝Ah, well even if you were just joking, I was being serious. If something does happen, I’m going to take full responsibility. Now, come on. Are you a f r a i d ??❞
'Seriously, you don't have to. It will more than likely be my fault. Afraid? What? Of course not. I'm beyond ready.'
"He’s done it before, needed to get it for me. It was a surprise."
'Well then, my cousin has gone insane.'
”Alright, it was just a suggestion,”
'Yeah, you just want to smooch your cousin. Pity I'm so far out of your league.~'
Not another word slid from his lips, only because he was in too much p a i n to even begin arguing with her. Elora wasn’t WRONG. Garrett was just a bit stubborn, but that’s all. As soon as she ordered him not to put pressure on his ankle, the blond huffed, almost like a child would, and nearly knocked the lacrosse helmet off of his own head. Such an open piece of headgear felt so incredibly suffocating over the past few minutes. Maybe it was the adrenaline in his system, or maybe it was just because he was angry.
❝ She gives out ice packs for everything. I could be BLATANTLY dying, and she would hand me an ice pack. It’s really fucking ridiculous, is what it is. ❞
Taking a moment to consider his options, Garrett only gestured for her to move closer again to help him up. Maybe he’d just go H O M E. But, he would never be able to go alone. Something told him that she wouldn’t let him limp or hop off the field all alone. She’d follow him, and then his cover would be blown. So, instead of ratting himself out, he scowled a bit and stood once more –––– SLOWLY, though.
❝ Just take me to the hospital. It’ll be a lot quicker than any other options I have. I’ll be able to deal with hospital food for a little while. ❞
'I'm sure we could ask for special privileges and get you the heat pack, oh mighty injured lacrosse player.' Her smirk was evident when she said that, it was funny in her mind, so how she couldn't say it would be beyond her. Picking up the piece of head gear he angrily knocked off she inspected it for a moment. 'No wonder you hurt yourself. This helmet is way too small. Must've been stopping the flow of blood to your head.' And yes, she is trying to say he had a big head. The hospital? Is he rich or something? He couldn't have the money to pay for the stupid fees they'd give him. With a small sigh, she stood also to allow him balance on her. 'Do you have that kind of money to go to the hospital over a sprain? Look, I have an excellent first aid-kit back home, and I won't charge you as much as the hospital. I promise.'
Oceanic hues darkened, though he was THANKFUL Elora wasn’t able to see that directly. His stare ahead was fixated on one of the shelves with HISTORY books stacked right to the top, leaving no blank space between the wood and the front cover. And, once he’d SNAPPED back into the reality of the situation, the blond’s gaze only softened in the slightest before he looked back at the girl beside him.
The silence cut through the air like a thousand knives, a nd Garrett didn’t even make an attempt at trying to end it with his ramblings about nothing at all. She would eventually take the step forward to do that. And, on the blond’s part, the silence wasn’t all too AWKWARD for him. He was used to it. Her curiosity might not have echoed throughout her next set of words, but Garrett knew she wanted to know more. G O O D. He would make sure to keep it that way. The more she was wondering about him, the more likely it was that she would try to talk and keep a conversation going. It was all part of the plan now. Funny how things worked, huh? The boy would be clueless one moment, then using his own HONESTY to come up with another idea that would only benefit him in the end. Would she ever find out about his life as an assassin? Possibly. Would she find out soon? Doubtful. N o b o d y would expect a boy like him to kill for money. Greed sure did make people black of heart, didn’t it?
❝ You told me to try TALKING to him. And, you know your own cousin well, I’m assuming, so it was pretty helpful. Then again, maybe giving a short piece of advice isn’t the same as helping. Can’t say you were too m e a n about it, though. –––– My face? Well, if that isn’t supposed to be kind of offensive, then I don’t know what is. If he didn’t like my face, I’m pretty sure he’d tell me. Stilinski doesn’t seem too much like one to bottle things up and keep them a secret for too long. Then again, what do I know, right? I’m only his teammate. ❞
If the two were to become friends, it's more likely that Elora wouldn't believe someone if they told her Garrett is an assassin. Maybe it'd because he'd be the first friend she'd have since she was six, and ideally she wouldn't want it to be true. Then again, it always was a sort of flaw Elora had. If she was close to someone she never really thought they could do much harm. But, she has been proven wrong about that more than once. So there's the possibility that she would believe whoever told her, maybe only slightly. But she surely wouldn't underestimate what they said. Her body shifted in the seat, allowing her legs be placed on top of the wooden table before her. Her mind had wandered a little bit, it tended to do that in this school sort of atmosphere. She couldn't help it all the time, but when the other started to talk she immediately turned her attention back to him. Honestly, she had meant the 'maybe he doesn't like your face' to be offensive, or in a way, a sort of mean joke. But he handled it better than some people she's said it to before. 'I haven't seen him in eleven years. I don't know him that well. But it does seem like a reason as to why he may dislike you. It's his sort of prejudice. Plus, usually he thinks he can sense a sort of evil of someone, and you never know. It could be you. Maybe he's jealous because you're possibly better at him in lacrosse? There's so many reasons.'
