{ Hello everyone, I never meant to spend so much time away from here as I have. Truth be told, after Aatrox’s update and apparent (and unexpected) retcon of the ‘darkin are aliens’ lore, I took a few steps back from this blog to decide what direction I wanted to go in with it (funny enough, that’s what my last post was about, months ago). }

{ Do I stick to new lore? Or new-new lore? Split between both? Write both? What do I even think about ascended Varus? Do i like that idea? Do I have enough engaging material with one, the other, or both to keep up substance in threads and headcanons? I rapidly got lost in all this sauce-- er, questions-- and quickly, literally, forgot about the entire blog in general. I don’t know how I managed to completely forget about an entire blog I made and worked on so passionately, but I sure did do that. I can’t even make an excuse for that one. Big oops... }

{ Anyway, considering all the time that’s passed, I suppose I have enough answers to pick things back up now, albeit slowly. Depression that I considered under control for years nailed me square in the tush this past summer, and I’m picking up the pieces as best I can. I admittedly have had very low energy lately, and very few metaphorical social tickets to hand out between home life and my job. I’ll try to tuck any extra tickets I have at the end of days into here, as well as my other blogs. }

{ not 110% certain on how I feel about new darkin lore, but I'm not totally adverse to it to be honest. there are a lot of cool concepts to explore that have to do with this whole 'fallen god' thing, and I think I might at least dabble into it for a spell with some drabbles and whatnot to see how it all feels o/ }
