For a few weeks I was struggling with really bad fucking thoughts about wanting out of life. But I've felt a large sense of happiness for three days straight and I'm glad I stuck it out. Sometimes those dark periods seem never ending, but they do come to a close. Even if it is only for a couple of days at a time... It's all worth it.

My heart feels so heavy... Life has been so hard lately and I am fighting it silently. Alone. They say there is power in speaking and letting the people who love you know how you are suffering. But I can't speak the words - I feel I've said it all before. I'll do my best to ride the waves and make a promise to myself to not act on a single thought when I am like this.
