The thing about the: "Heather enjoying her blonde hair." is that not only does it happen after the killing God thing but people don't know that's literally the last line of Silent Hill 3.

That's the closing line of SH3 and no game has ever topped it.

Like, Heather Enjoying Her Blonde Hair is on a level of "Who else will I have ice cream with?" misunderstood cuz after an entire game of people telling Heather who and what she should be she states that she's choosing to stay blonde, that's her choice on who she wants to be.

Also tying her demeanor on the entire ending as being playful and the ven childish, she's being the eighteen year old teenager she wants to be even after everything that just happened cuz that's who she is and wants to be.
