Anyway, it’s mostly burn scarring so it’s not too terribly bad looking, as it heals surprisingly well, but a lot of splintered scarring is force / fracture scars so they look more like the one under his eye. It could have been a lot worse but it’s not exactly pretty either.  )

dumb bitch alert: i never properly wrote an about for my au so here’s a general idea

bakugou remains at ua until his third year where he is expelled for attacking a teacher with intent to kill. up until this point he is progressively getting worse and worse. there’s real anger and torment in him that becomes this perfect storm of rage that he can’t control, and often blacks out from these emotions and doesn’t remember everything he does or says. 

after he’s expelled, he’s homeless for a while - refusing to go home to a mother he hates. its in this time that he starts using trigger, a quirk enhancing drug, and participates in underground quirk fight clubs, killing almost any opponent he faces. 

he also works with villain organizations like the LoV to get money and more of a frightening standing in the underground world.
