road trip fics are my absolute favorite, and this one really delivers! it’s got all the good tropes: sharing a bed, holding hands while they drive, and falling in love slowly over the trip. not only do we get stellar leopika content, the interactions between the whole gang are my favorite part of this fic. it’s really got it all! 10/10, would recommend.

another great road trip au! this one’s a good bit shorter, and a bit heavier (since kurapika is homeless). it has a great writing style, and the leopika bantering is on point. gon and killua are also adorable, as usual. it’ll make you sad and happy all at the same time. would recommend!!

this one is one of the most adorable, hilarious, and bittersweet leopika fics i’ve ever read! the premise is that leorio starts recreating old kurtan traditions to help cheer kurapika up. it’s short and sweet, and their dynamics are on point.

here’s one for anyone who loves fantasy aus! in this fic, leorio is a tired med student who somehow manages to wind up way in over his head when he gets trapped overnight in a strange magical library. the worldbuilding in this fic is incredible, even coming from someone who doesn’t usually read fantasy. this is definitely one of the best!

this author has written some great one-shot fics for leopika (also ft. non-binary kurapika!)

first, there’s some adorable ones. The Sweetest Flower That Grows and Yes, Dear portray leopika’s relationship miscommunications brought about by a difference of culture. adorableness ensues.

after that... if you dare... i would cautiously recommend bury a friend. while the writing is incredible, you will need a whole lot of tissues on hand. basically, it explores the consequences of emperor time. warning for major character death. (and, if the author ever finds this, YOU MADE ME CRY AND I’M STILL UPSET ABOUT IT)

and, to cure your soul after crying over the last one, i would recommend blueberry pancakes, the goddamn fluffiest leopika fic i’ve ever read. full 180 from the last one. basically, it’s kurapika’s birthday and they have a great day with their family. this fic is like a soft pillow to cry into.

this is one of the only ongoing fics i keep up with! it updates pretty regularly, and the gang is really adorable. leorio is gon’s uncle, kurapika and killua are the loner neighbors. then they all become friends, and have pizza nights, and share trauma. the leopika is soft and adorable. would recommend.
