Sugary Sweet

Holly Jacobs, 21 Business Major at NYE University 6/28/16 Joey Diamond is mine ❤ HOLLY JACOBS is a 21 year old SENIOR at NYE UNI. Around the campus they are known as THE KITTEN because they are so SWEET but also very RASH. Last I heard SHE was studying BUSINESS. I’d say they remind me of HAYDEN PANETTIERE, wouldn’t you?

Joey shrugged his shoulders, seeing movie theatre coming into view. He reached for his wallet, and pulled it out. “So… Why waste money on a movie that you want to see, right?” He questions, kissing her cheek quickly.

Holly giggled as she shook her head playfully, leaning into his side. “Because there’s an off chance that we might catch some of it- plus, it’s just so much hotter’ta make out in the back of a movie theater than it is making out in my livin’ room or somethin’ like that.”

Joey brought her into a hug, resting his chin on top of her head, and wrapping his arms rightly around her. “Nothing will change it,” he assured lightly. After a moment shared in that silence, he pulled away to look down at her. “About that movie…” He chuckled. “Are we really gonna see it?” He teased lightly.

Holly giggled as she nodded her head, holding onto him happily. She really was grateful to have Joey in her life- she couldn’t help the way she felt around him, the way he actually made her feel good. “Hmmm...” She trailed off teasingly, fingertips drawing small designs on his chest. “I don’t know sugar- depends on if that’s really how ya wanna play it.” She was joking, of course- leaving it up to her, she probably would end up kissing him more than actually watching the movie.

“that’s pretty dope, didn’t actually know you owned a company like that.”

“Yeah- it’s kinda my thin’. That’s why I love clothes an’ shoppin’ so much.”

Joey stopped their walking, to smile down at her, taking his hand to tilt her chin up so she was looking at him. “You wont be alone ever again, okay?” He said reassuringly, taking her hands in his. He felt his heart flutter at her words, as he just gave her a smile. Running his thumbs over the back of her hands, he nodded his head. “And nothings gonna change that…”

Holly’s cheeks turned pink as she looked up at him, nodding her head slightly. “Okay,” she whispered, stretching up on her tiptoes to brush their lips together. “Because I wouldn’t want anythin’ta ever change it... I’d miss you if ya weren’t a part’a my life anymore... I’d miss ya a lot.” It felt weird, knowing without a doubt that she could trust him- it was a first for her, but she wouldn’t stop herself from doing it.

“wait, i forgot. what kind of company do you run?”

“I guess textiles would be the official name- our factories make clothes and thin’s like that.”

“I miss home, too. A lot,” he agreed with her. “I don’t know… It’s just… The longer I’m here, the more I explore, and the more I meet people that I like, and really, really like,” he paused to give her hand a squeeze, and a smile as well, “this place just… Feels more and more like home every day. And I was wondering if you kind of felt the same…”

A small, sweet smile spread across Holly’s lips as she looked up at her boyfriend, shrugging her shoulders innocently. “Yeah, I do,” she whispered, nodding her head. “I... I felt alone in this city before you, actually. I had acquaintances, and we met while I was dating Conrad, but... He left, and I was alone. I didn’t have anyone to go to, until I thought about you... And sometimes now I think that it’s not so much that the city is my home, but that... you are.”

Joey walked quietly, letting his eyes look over the streets–that always for some reason seemed to be busy. “Do you like New York?” He let out, looking down at her curiously.

Holly held his hand as they walked, thinking to herself curiously as she tilted her head slightly. “I don’t know. I miss home, I think. But the city... I’ve lived here for eleven years, ya know? It’s familiar. Why?”

“Oooh a boyfriend uh? Do I need to give him the talk about how if he hurts you, I’ll hurt him?” She raised an eyebrow, “How come you wanna move?”

“Joey is the sweetest guy I’ve ever met- I don’t think he even knows how’ta hurt me,” Holly giggled shaking her head. “This place just- well. Honestly, I wan’ta a bigger closet.”

“it can happen sometime, don’t worry because you have lots of time to leave. oh what’s with the company?”

“Just normal stuff. I’m runnin’ it, sometimes I just have’ta leave for meetin’s and stuff. Ain’t reall all that big’a deal.”

Jae took a seat across from her and handed the blonde her shoes. “I don’t think anyone is ever ecstatic about it. It’s probably what people dislike the most but you forget about them after a while.” Jae switched his shoes with the bowling shoes then stood up. “What’s your favorite color?”

Holly giggled as she switched her shoes over, tilting her head slightly. “Ummmm... Red, yeah, red. I ain’t really ever thought ‘bout somethin’ like that before, actually.”

“it was hectic, but now i’m just flowing with the boat. i traveled a lot, lived in london for a year, did online schooling for a year, now i’m back in the city i love.”

“At least- I’d love’ta leave, honestly. And I do, when I’ve got thin’s’ta handle with the company, but...”

“So what have you been up to lately? Other then cooking that is.”

“Just spendin’ time with my new boyfriend, honestly. I ain’t really been doin’ too much. Lookin’ for a new apartment.”

[joeydiamond]

“Right! Finding Dory!” He chuckled. “I don’t mind! How about… You choose this time, and the next time we come, I’ll choose?”

Holly giggled and nodded her head, scrunching her nose up playfully. “Okay, fine,” she gave in, leaning in to press a small kiss to his cheek.

“I’m still a little jet lagged,” she said to the other, as she sat down on her couch. “but i’m glad you stopped by, how’s life?”

“Great, I guess. Ain’t really been doin’ much. What ‘bout you?”

“The more the merrier!” Joey said with a light chuckle, keeping up with her easily. “So what’s this movie about again? A couple? Not finding nemo?”

“Yes, a couple,” Holly giggled, nodding her head easily. “We’re not goin’ta see Findin’ Dory. Unless ya want to... if you want to?”

“That would… Take forever!” Joey began to laugh. “Oh, good. The closer, the better!”

Holly giggled as she nodded her head, tugging the male down the street. “So? More time for us to spend together.”

“Is there a theater nearby? Or are we gonna have to take a taxi?” Joey asked. He still wasn’t familiar at all where anything was, and relied heavily on his phone and other people for direction.

“Sugar, I swear, one day I’m gonna just drag ya ‘round until you learn were everythin’ is,” Holly teased lightly, giggling as she shook her head. “Yes, there’s one ‘bout a block down. We can walk there just fine.”
