Pre-Coldflashwave moment where a serial arsonist pops up in Central City and Captain Singh hosts a meeting about the case. One detective asks if it could be Mick Rory, to which Barry immediately disagrees and explains a very in depth profile of Mick's psyche and code, explaining he couldn't have possibly be the serial arsonist they're looking for. Everyone stares at him for a moment but accepts his analysis and moves on to look into other suspects. Barry ends up being known as the Rogue expert, much to his chagrin. Any case potentially Rogue related? Barry's the first person they want on the scene. A Rogue related question? They're gonna ask Barry.
Leonard learns about this fun little fact when he sneaks into Barry's lab one day just to mess (flirt) with him and he has to hide when an officer comes up the stairs to talk to Barry. They ask Barry questions about Leonard and Mick and Barry has to very embarrassingly talk about Leonard, in front of Leonard. When the officer leaves, Barry's a little worried Leonard will think he's violating their deal by talking about Snart to the police but Leonard just says, "A Rogue expert, huh?"
